Abstract
PT. Tripalindo Trans Mix merupakan perusahaan konstruksi yang memproduksi beton dan aspal, salah satu produknya adalah beton K-500. Perusahaan selama ini melihat kualitas beton hanya menggunakan checksheet dengan karakteristik kualitas yang diinspeksi adalah daya tekan beton. Hasil dari inspeksi tersebut belum pernah dianalisis menggunakan metode statistika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapabilitas proses dan penyebab terjadinya ketidaksesuaian produk beton K-500 pada proyek “X” tahun 2017. Hasil analisis menggunakan peta kendali memunjukkan bahwa proses produksi telah terkendali secara statistik tetapi tidak kapabel, karena nilai Cp sebesar 0,6. Penyebab dari produk yang tidak sesuai yaitu disebabkan operator yang kurang memonitoring mesin pencampuran dan pengadukan bahan, ketidaksesuaian tekstur dari bahan baku seperti pasir dan kerikil, campuran bahan tidak sesuai, kondisi mesin yang sedang bermasalah atau perlu perbaikan.

PT. Tripalindo Trans Mix is a construction company that produces concrete and asphalt, one of its products is K-500 concrete. The company has been looking at the quality of concrete using only checksheets with quality characteristics inspected is concrete compressive strength. The results of the inspection have not been analyzed using statistical methods. This study aims to determine the process capability and causes of nonconformity of K-500 concrete products in the "X" project in 2017. The result of capabilityprocess analysis which previously performed statistical quality control using control chart , it is known that the production process has been statistically controlled but is not capable. The cause of unsuitable products is caused by operator who lack the monitoring of mixing machines and stirring materials, texture mismatches of raw materials such as sand and gravel, unsuitable mixtures of materials, engine condition or problem of repair .
