Abstract
Salah satu perusahaan persero terbesar yang bergerak pada pengiriman jasa (surat menyurat) dan tertua yang terdapat di Indonesia adalah PT. Pos Indonesia (persero). Kantor Pos Regional VII Jawa Timur merupakan pusat dari semua kantor pos yang berada di Jawa Timur. Produk jasa pada PT. Pos Indonesia yaitu Pos Kilat Khusus (PKH), Pos Express, EMS, Pos Pay, dan Wesel Pos. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Pos Kilat Khusus (PKH) karena Pos Kilat Khusus (PKH) merupakan salah satu produk PT Pos Indonesia di Kantor Regional VII Jawa Timur yang mempunyai produksi lebih besar dibandingkan dengan produk jasa, akan tetapi produksinya mengalami fluktuatif, sehingga peramalan produksi Pos Kilat Khusus sangat diperlukan untuk keperluan perencanaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder tentang produksi Pos Kilat Khusus (PKH) dari PT Pos Indonesia di Kantor Regional VII Jawa Timur pada tanggal 1 Januari 2017 hingga 31 Desember 2017. Berdasarkan hasil analissi statistik dengan metode ARIMA Box-Jenkins diperoleh model terbaik ARIMA (3,1,1)(0,0,1)7 dengan akurasi model untuk RMSE, MAPE, dan MAD sebesar 16157,683; 99,55073; dan 14405,78. Produksi Pos Kilat Khusus (PKH) paling banyak diperkirakan terjadi pada hari Selasa tanggal 15 Januari 2018 dan produksi yang sedikit diperkirakan terjadi pada hari Senin mulai tanggal 15 Januari 2018.

One of the largest Persero companies and oldest engaged in the delivery and service of mail in Indonesia is PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). Regional Post Office VII East Java is the center of all post offices located in East Java. There are many product services at PT. Pos Indonesia such as Special Post Product , Post Express, EMS, Post Pay, and Postal Notes. This study discusses the Special Post Product because the products greater than another and have a fluctuation over time. So forecast of it is needed to plan distribute of mail in the future. Data research is secondary data from Region of East Java VII about Special Post Product from 1 January 2017 untill 31 December 2017. Based on statistical analysis with ARIMA method the best model ARIMA (3,1,1) (0,0,1)7 with model accuracy for Root Mean Square Error is 16157,683; Mean Absolute Percents Error is 99,55073; and Mean Average Deviation is 14405,78. The Special Post Product is most widely expected on Tuesday, January 15, 2018 and a small production is expected to occur on Monday from January 15, 2018.
