Abstract
PT. Bayer adalah perusahaan global dengan kompetensi di bidang Life Science terkait kesehatan dan pertanian, Salah satu produk pembasmi hama atau cairan insektisida yang ada di PT. Bayer adalah produk decis. Produk decis merupakan produk terbesar atau unggulan. Selama ini proses produksi produk decis di PT. Bayer Indonesia hanya dilakukan dengan analisis kimia dengan membandingkan hasil produksi spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan, belum pernah dilakukan analisis kapabilitas proses sehingga hasil yang diperoleh kurang informatif dan detail. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapabilitas proses formulasi produk decis dan mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya ketidaksesuaian dalam produk. Ada 3 variabel yang diukur dalam proses formulasi produk decis yaitu deltamethrine, density, dan pH dan ketiga variabel saling dependen. Peta kendali yang cocok digunakan untuk mengendalikan variabilitas proses produksi adalah peta kendali m dan untuk mengukur rata-rata kendali proses produksi menggunakan T2 Hotteling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pada Bulan November 2017 (fase I) dan Bulan Desember 2017( fase II) telah terkendali untuk variabilitas proses maupun mean proses, serta kemampuan proses produksi pada Bulan November 2017 sebesar 1,99 dan Bulan Desember 2017 yaitu sebesar 4,28 sehingga dapat dikatakan proses kapabel dan mengalami peningkatan proses produksi.
