Abstract

Transformator merupakan alat yang banyak digunakan bagi perusahaan di Indonesia sehingga mengakibatkan semakin lama semakin banyak kompetitor di bidang manufaktur khususnya transformator dimana kualitas produk harus dikendalikan secara statistik agar memberikan kualitas yang sesuai dengan standart spesifikasi yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas dari trafo Hermetically Sealed 50 kVA di PT Bambang Djaja dikarenakan trafo tersebut paling banyak di pesan oleh konsumen dan sering terjadi perbaikan ulang. Analisis yang digunakan ialah peta kendali multivariat yaitu peta kendali M dan T2 Hotteling Individu, indeks kapabilitas proses serta diagram Ishikawa. Adapun karakteristik kualitas yang saling berhubungan yaitu rugi-rugi inti besi (WF), rugi-rugi tembaga (Wcu), impedansi (Iz) dan arus mengalir tanpa beban (I0). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi trafo bulan Desember 2017 sudah terkendali secara statistik dari segi variabilitas proses maupun mean prosesnya serta memiliki kemampuan proses produksi yang sangat baik.

Transformer is a tool that is widely used for companies in Indonesia, resulting in the longer the more competitors in manufacturing in particular transformer where the quality of the products must be statistically controlled in order to deliver quality that corresponds to a predefined specification standarts. This research aims to know the qualities of transformer Hermetically Sealed 50 kVA Bambang Djaja Company due to the transformer the most widely ordered by a consumers and frequent repairs. The analysis used is multivariate control i.e M control chart and T2 Hotteling Individuals control chart, as well as process capability index and Ishikawa’s diagram. As for the quality characteristics of interconnected i.e loss-loss iron core (WF), the loss of copper (Wcu), impedance (Iz) and the current flows without load (I0). The results of this research show that the production process of transformer in December 2017 are already controlled in statistics in terms of the variability of the process and the process mean and has the capability of excellent production process.
