Abstract

Pada sistem air pressure booster terdapat 3 pompa yang digunakan untuk menaikkan tekanan udara. Pompa menaikkan tekanan dengan melakukan stroke. Pada proses pengeboran di rig, pompa yang terdapat pada sistem air pressure booster diatur secara manual. Pompa pada air pressure booster terus bekerja saat drawwork digunakan karena tidak terdapat stop pompa otomatis ketika tekanan udara sudah cukup untuk disbrake drawwork. Dari data yang diperoleh, pompa akan melakukan lebih dari 2000 stroke ketika drawwork bekerja dalam waktu 1 jam.
Sistem air pressure booster yang ditambah alat kontrol akan dapat menggunakan pompa secara efisien. Alat kontrol juga dapat digunakan untuk monitoring jumlah kerja pompa. Monitoring jumlah kerja pompa berguna untuk acuan maintenance.
Alat dapat mengatur tekanan udara pada tangki dengan mengubah persentase buka control valve. Control valve akan terbuka 100% saat arus keluaran dari converter sebesar 20mA. Monitoring jumlah kerja pompa dapat dilakukan menggunakan HMI.

On an air pressure booster system there is 3 pumps used to increase air pressure. Pump increase the air pressure by doing a stroke. The drilling proces in rig, pump on air pressure booster system set by manual. Pumps of air pressure booster will be continues to work when the drawwork is used because there is no automatic stop if air pressure is enough to disbrake drawwork. From the data obtained, the pump will do more than 2000 stroke when drawwork is used within 1 hour.
Air pressure booster system that can be efficiently by equip control device. With the equip control device it’s possible to reduce the number of pump is used and can monitoring how many pump do stroke. Monitoring the amount of pump is use for maintenance reerence.
The device can control air pressure of tank with set the percentage open of control valve. Control valve will open with percentage 100% if current output of converter is 20mA. Monitoring pump work can do by use HMI.
