Abstract

PT. Sinarmas Agro Resource and Technology Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan kelapa sawit terbesar di Indonesia.Berbagai macam produk yang telah dihasilkan oleh perusahaan, antara lain minyak goreng Filma, Kunci Mas, Menara, Mitra, Masku, margarine Filma, Pamboon, Goodfry, Menara, Delico, Delicoa dan shortening,dimana minyak goreng merk Filma merupakan produk unggulan, apabila hasil produksi tidak sesuai dengan batas spesifikasi, maka minyak tersebut tidak dapat dikategorikan sebagai minyak goreng kualitas Filma, namun dikategorikan minyak goreng kualitas Kunci Mas, akibatnya harga jual minyak goreng juga ikut menurun, hal ini akan mengurangi keuntungan perusahaan, agar dapat mempertahankan minyak goreng kualitas Filma perlu dilakukan pegendalian kualitas.Penelitian ini bertujuan umtuk mengetahui kapabilitas proses produksi minyak goreng Filma dan mengetahui faktor penyebab ketidaksesuaian, dimana hasil produksi minyak goreng Filma pada Bulan Desember 2017 diperoleh nilai Cp sebesar 6.05 dan Bulan Januari 2018 sebesar 7.11, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses produksi telah kapabel. Penyebab utama terjadinya ketidaksesuaian adalah bahan baku Crude Palm Oil yang digunakan apabila CPO yang berkulitas baik mengalami absorbsi dan kontaminasidengan CPO yang kualitasnya kurang baik dapat mengkibatkan tingginya kadar air yang terkandung dalam minyak.

PT. sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk is one of the largest oil palm companies in Indonesia. Various products that have been produced by the company, among others Filma cooking oil, Kunci Mas, Menara, Mitra, Masku, Filma margarine, Pamboon, Goodfry, Menara, Delico, Delicoa, and Shortening, where Filma cooking oil is a superior product, if production is not in accordance with the specification limits, then the oil can not be categorized as Filma quality cooking oil, but categorized Kunci Mas cooking oil quality, consequently the selling price of cooking oil also decreased, this will reduce the company profit, in order to maintain the quality cooking oil Filma quality control needs to be done.The methods used in this research are correlation test, and normal distribution test, followed by M control chart to monitoring process variability, as well as individual T2 hotteling control chart for process mean, and process capability analysis to know precision value and accuracy. The purpose of this research is to know the capability of Filma cooking oil production process and to know the causal factor of nonconformity, where the production of Filma cooking oil in December 2017 is obtained Cp value of 6.05 and January 2018 is 7.11, so it can be concluded that production process has been capable. The main cause of nonconformity is raw material of Crude Palm Oil which is used if good quality CPO has absorption and contamination with poor quality CPO can result in high water content contained in oil.
