Abstract
Robotic Pouch Case Packer (RPCP) adalah mesin packaging otomatis untuk mengemas produk berkemasan kantong plastik (pouch) ke dalam sebuah kardus (box). Dengan mesin RPCP proses penyusunan pouch ke dalam kardus menjadi lebih cepat. Semua proses dari mesin RPCP ditampilkan ke dalam sebuah layar Human Machine Interface (HMI). Selain berfungsi untuk monitoring mesin, HMI juga berfungsi untuk pusat kendali mesin. Kendali mesin RPCP terdapat dua mode, Mode Manual dan Mode Auto. Mesin RPCP running pada saat keaadaan Auto, maka mesin akan bekerja sesuai dengan sequence yang di buat, dan operator hanya melakukan monitoring melalui HMI. Pada saat kondisi mesin yang lancar, operator hanya melihat data statistik mesin, dan ketika shift berakhir maka tugas operator adalah membuat laporan tentang kinerja mesin. Namun pada kondisi aktualnya ketika mesin sudah berganti shift, data statistik dari shift sebelumnya akan terhapus. Topik Tugas Akhir ini mengenai sistem data logging yang bekerja untuk menyimpan data dalam periode dan kurun waktu tertentu. Dengan menggunakan sistem data logging, data statistik mesin akan di simpan dalam bentuk file .csv (Comma Separeated Value). Data logging dapat menyimpan data kinerja mesin dalam kurun waktu sampai dengan 30 tahun.=======================================================================================================Robotic Pouch Case Packer (RPCP) is an automatic packaging machine for packing packed bags of plastic bags (pouch) into a box. With RPCP machine the process of making pouch into cardboard becomes faster. All processes from an RPCP machine are displayed into a Human Machine Interface (HMI) screen. In addition to functioning for engine monitoring, HMI also serves for the engine control center. Full RPCP engine there are two modes, Manual Mode and Auto Mode. The RPCP engine runs at the time of Auto, the machine will work in accordance with the sequence made, and the operator only performs monitoring through HMI. At a smooth engine condition, the operator only sees the machine statistical data, and when the shift ends the task of the operator is to make a report about the performance of the machine. However, in actual conditions when the machine has changed shifts, statistical data from the previous shift will be erased. This Final Project Topics on data logging system that works to
store data in a period and period of time. By using data logging system, machine statistical data will be saved in the form of .csv (Comma Separeated Value) file. Logging data can store machine performance data for up to 30 years.
