Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pola kecenderungan jenis pelanggaran kenda-raan bermotor angkutan barang di UPT LLAJ Surabaya dan Bangkalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kasus pelang-garan lalu lintas dan menentukan pola kecenderungan setiap jenis pe-langgaran lalu lintas kendaraan bermotor angkutan barang di wilayah UPT LLAJ Surabaya dan Bangkalan tahun 2017. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis korespondensi dengan meng-gunakan data jenis pelanggaran lalu lintas kendaraan bermotor angkutan barang pada tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya per-bedaan kecenderungan jenis pelanggaran lalu lintas angkutan barang yang terjadi di UPT LLAJ Surabaya dan Bangkalan pada tahun 2017. Pada UPT LLAJ Surabaya, kendaraan 4 roda cenderung melanggar STUK, kendaraan 6 roda cenderung melanggar SIM atau STNK dan laik jalan, kendaraan 10 roda cenderung melanggar muatan, dan kendaraan lebih dari 10 roda cenderung melanggar dimensi. Sedangkan di UPT LLAJ Bangkalan; kendaraan 4 roda cenderung melanggar muatan, kendaraan roda 6 cenderung melanggar STUK dan dimensi, kendaraan 10 roda cenderung melanggar laik jalan, dan kendaraan lebih dari 10 roda cenderung melanggar SIM atau STNK.

This study analyzes pattern tendency of traffic violations by vehicle of goods transport in UPT LLAJ Surabaya and Bangkalan. The purpose of this study is to describe cases of traffic violations and comparing the pattern tendency of every type of traffic violations by vehicle of goods transport in UPT LLAJ Surabaya and Bangkalan in 2017. The statistical methods used is analysis correspondence using data types violations traffic by vehicle of goods transport in 2017. The results of this study are indicated that there are differences in the tendency of the types of traffic violations by vehicle of goods transport in UPT LLAJ Surabaya and Bangkalan in 2017. In UPT LLAJ Surabaya, vehicle of 4 wheels tend to violate STUK (card of periodical vehicle inspection certificate), vehicle of 6 wheels tend to violate without SIM or STNK (driving license or vehicle registration certificate) and roadworthy, vehicle of 10 wheels tend to violate load, and vehicle of up to 10 wheels tend to violate dimension. While in UPT LLAJ Bangkalan, vehicle of 4 wheels tend to violate load, vehicle of 6 wheels tend to violate STUK (card of periodical vehicle inspection certificate) and dimension, vehicle of 10 wheels tend to violate roadworthy, and vehicle of up to 10 wheels tend to violate without SIM or STNK (driving license or vehicle registration certificate).
