Abstract
PT. Bayer Indonesia merupakan perusahaan industri yang bergerak di bidang life science terkait kesehatan, dan pertanian. Berbagai macam produk yang dihasilkan salah satunya adalah Antracol. Perusahaan menentukan kualitas terhadap produk Antracol selama ini hanya menggunakan pemeriksaan kimia. Hasil pemeriksaan tersebut belum pernah dilakukan pengendalian kualitas secara statistik sehingga tidak diketahui apakah hasil proses produksi sudah sesuai atau belum. Analisis proses produksi Antracol ini menggunakan periode November 2017 sebagai fase 1 dan Desember 2017 sebagai fase 2 dimana dalam analisis ini dilakukan pengendalian kualitas statistika dengan peta M dan peta T2Hotteling Individu. Diketahui bahwa pada proses produksi Antracol pada fase 1 dan fase 2 terdapat perbedaan. Sehingga dapat dikatakan terdapat pergeseran proses pada proses produksinya di bulan November dan Desember. Namun pada produk Antracol ini dapat dikatakan bahwa kemampuan prosesnya sangat baik kareana di dapatkan nilai indeks kapabilitas prosesnya lebih dari satu. Serta penyebab ketidaksesuaian pada produk Antracol biasanya disebabkan oleh tiga factor yaitu seperti manusia atau operator, kualitas material yang jelek, dan metode yang salah.

PT. Bayer Indonesia Surabaya is an industrial company which is engaging in the life science sector such as healthy and agricultular. There are a lot of products that have ben produced, one of them is Antracol. PT. Bayer Indonesia Surabaya determines the quality of their products using the checksheet with the spesification from the company. The result of the analysis has never be done by statsitical quality control, then its never be known of the production process is appropiate or not. Analysis of Antracol production process using two periode, November as the first phase and Desember as the second phase. In this analysis usig M control chart and T2 Hotteling Indiviual control chart. It is known that in Antracol production process on first phase and the second phase have yhe dfferentces. As of that result has occured the friction productin process between November and Desember.However the Antracol has processability very good because the result of capability index is more than one. The causes of out of control test are human or operator, bad quality of the material, and wrong method.
