Abstract

Adanya teknologi yang berkembang saat ini membuat manusia ingin melakukan sesuatunya dengan mudah. Salah satunya tak lepas dari itu, bidang peternakan juga amat sangat membutuhkan kemajuan teknologi guna untuk membantu kelancarannya. Dalam bidang peternakan dilihat dari proses pengecekan telur yang dilakukan oleh peternak atau penjual, untuk menyeleksi telur berdasarkan kualitasnya masih menggunakan metode manual. Pengecekan telur tersebut memerlukan waktu agak lama, terkadang meleset karena faktor keterbatasan indra penglihatan manusia. Maka dari itu, tugas akhir ini berujuan untuk memudahkan cara pengecekan telur dengan alat pengecekan telur menggunakan teknologi kamera berdasarkan teknik pengolahan citra dengan menggunakan segmentasi warna untuk melihat embrio dalam suatu telur. Dan hasil dari proses pengolahan citra akan ditampilkan pada komputer. Pada saat pengujian, alat ini dapat menginformasikan suatu telur tersebut dapat dikatakan fertil maupun infertil dengan hanya melihat ke komputer. Persentase tingkat keberhasilan pada alat ini sekitar 60%.

The existence of technology that developed at this time makes people want to do something easily. One of them can not be separated from that, the field of farming is also very much in need of technological progress in order to help smoothness. In the field of livestock seen from the process of checking eggs done by breeders or sellers, to select eggs based on quality still using manual methods. Checking the eggs takes a while, sometimes misses because of the limitations of the human vision. Therefore, this final project aims to facilitate the way of checking eggs with egg checking tool using camera technology based on image processing techniques by using color segmentation to see the embryo in an egg. And the results of the image processing will be displayed on the computer. At the time of testing, this tool can inform an egg can be said fertile or infertile by just looking into the computer. The percentage of success rates in this tool is around 60%.
