Abstract

PLTGU adalah gabungan antara PLTG dengan PLTU, dimana panas dari gas buang yang berasal dari turbin gas pada PLTG dimanfaatkan untuk memanaskan air hingga menjadi uap dimana uap tersebut digunakan sebagai fluida kerja turbin uap pada PLTU. Bagian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan uap tersebut adalah Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), yang mendapat pasokan air dari Feed Water System. Pada instalasi feed water system PLTGU PT. PJB UP Gresik dituntut untuk mendistribusikan demineralized water (H_2O murni) dari deaerator menuju HRSG tepatnya pada economizer sebelum nantinya akan menjadi gas uap (steam). Terdapat dua perbedaan tekanan yaitu low pressure dan high pressure. Pada tugas akhir ini merencanakan ulang instalasi pompa yang sesuai untuk High Pressure Boiler Feed Pump. Perhitungan kecepatan dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan dengan kecepatan yang diizinkan, dengan melakukan perencanaan ulang perubahan diameter pipa yang ada dilapangan. Pada analisis perhitungan ulang dan pemilihan pompa ini, didapatkan head effektif instalasi untuk High Pressure Boiler Feed Pump (Heff) sebesar 1071,013 m, kapasitas sebesar 0,05834 m^3/s, dan daya pompa sebesar 763,751 kW. serta didapatkan efisiensi sebesar 78%, Sehingga dari hasil perhitungan-perhitungan tersebut dapat dipilih pompa sentrifugal multi stage (9 stage), merk Sulzer Weise Pump dengan type GSG 100-290/9. Kata kunci : High Pressure Boiler Feed Pump, kecepatan yang diizinkan, head Instalasi, Kapasitas, dan daya.================================================================PLTGU is a combination of PLTG with PLTU, where the heat from the exhaust gas coming from gas turbines in PLTG is used to heat the water up to steam where the steam is used as a steam turbine working fluid in PLTU. The part used to produce the steam is the Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), which gets water supplies from the Feed Water System. On the installation of feed water system PLTGU PT. PJB UP Gresik is required to distribute demineralized water (H_2O) from deaerator to HRSG precisely to the economizer before it will become steam gas. There are two difference of pressure that is low pressure and high pressure. In this final project re-plan the appropriate pump installation for High Pressure Boiler Feed Pump. Speed calculations are performed to adjust to permitted speeds, by re-planning the pipe diameter changes in the field. In the recalculation analysis and selection of pumps, an effective installation head for High Pressure Boiler Feed Pump (Heff) was 1071,013 m, capacity of 0.05834 m^3/s, and pump power of 763,751 kW. and obtained the efficiency of 78%, so that the results of these calculations can be selected multi stage stage centrifugal pump (9 stage), Sulzer Weise Pump brand with type GSG 100-290 / 9 Keywords : High Pressure Boiler Feed Pump, permitted speed, installation head, capacity, and power.
