Abstract

PDAM merupakan perusahaan daerah sebagai sarana penyediaan air bersih yang diawasi dan dimonitor oleh badan eksekutif maupun legislatif. PDAM sebagai perusahaan daerah diberi tanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan dan mengelola sistem penyediaan air bersih serta melayani semua konsumen dengan harga yang terjangkau. Penyediaan sebagian besar kebutuhan air bersih di Indonesia dilakukan oleh Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM), yang terdapat di setiap provinsi, kabupaten, dan kota madya di seluruh Indonesia.. Pada tugas akhir ini didapatkan perhitungan ulang instalasi dan pemilihan pompa yang sesuai untuk instalasi pompadistribusi air. Perhitungan head, kapasitas, daya pompa dan efisiensi dilakukan secara analitis dan numerik menggunakan software pipe flow experts. Pada analisis dan perhitungan ulang ini, didapatkan kapasitas untuk pompa distribusi air dengan kapasitas maksimal 360 m3/jam dengan head effektif instalasi (Heff) sebesar 94,62 m serta didapatkan daya pompa sebesar 150 kW. Sehingga dari hasil perhitungan-perhitungan tersebut dapat dipilih pompa sentrifugal single stage merk Ebara Pump dengan type 120x150 CNKA. ==========================================================================PDAM Lamongan is regioncompanyas medium supply purewater that be controlled and monitoring by eksekutif and legislatif intitution, PDAM Lamongan as region company given a develop and responsible to purewater provision system controlled and serve all consumer with low price. Most of the provision pure water needs in Indonesia done by PDAM that there on province, disctrict and municipalities in Indonesia. In this Final Project, we've got the results of instalation's recalculation and pump selection which are the most suitable for Fluosilicate Acid(H2SiF6) pumpinstalation. Head, capacity, power and efficiency calculation are manually calculated by the author and numerically calculated by Pipe Flow Experts software. In this analysys and recalculation, we've got the capacity for water distribution pumpwith operation capacity 360 m3/hour, Heff 94,62 m and power 150 kW. With this results, we should choose an Ebara Pump type 120x150 CNKA.
