Abstract

Pesawat yang beroperasi di Bandar Udara International Juanda adalah bervariasi, yang mempengaruhi lokasi penumpukan rubber deposit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah pergerakan pesawat terhadap penumpukan rubber deposit yang dikaitkan dengan frekuensi pembersihan rubber deposit. Tujuan penelitian ini perlu dicapai mengingat pembersihan tumpukan karet akan menimbulkan efek samping dari penggerusan lapisan permukaan. Histori pembersihan tumpukan karet roda tersebut digunakan untuk membandingkan apakah frekuensi pembersihan sudah sesuai dengan perkiraan tebal penumpukan karet dari hasil perhitungan. Validasi perhitungan adalah dengan mengunakan data skid resistance (Mu – meter) yang dilakukan dilapangan. Dari kedalaman tekstur permukaan runway, diukur tingkat kesesuaian antara pergerakan pesawat dengan tebal penumpukan karet. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam 1 bulan sudah mencapai ketebalan yang dapat mempengaruhi operasional penerbangan. Lokasi penebalan ini yaitu pada sekitar ± 3 meter dari garis tengah runway dengan tebal penumpukan 2,7 mm dari runway 10. Dengan panjang penumpukan 1,6 km dan lebar penumpukan 31 cm. ===================================================================================================
Aircraft operating at Juanda International Airport are varied, which affects the location of rubber deposit buildup. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of aircraft movements on rubber deposit buildup associated with the frequency of rubber deposit cleaning. The cleaning of rubber stacks will cause side effects from grinding the surface layer. The rubber cleaning history of the wheel is used to compare whether the cleaning frequency is in accordance with the estimated thickness of the rubber buildup from the calculation results. Validation is using data skid resistance (Mu - meter) carried out in the field. From the depth of the texture of the runway surface, the level of suitability between the movement of the plane and the thickness of the rubber buildup is measured. The results of this study indicate that within 1 month has reached thickness which can affect flight operations. This thickening location is about ± 3 meters from the runway centerline with a buildup thickness of 2.7 mm from runway 10. With a stacking length of 1.6 km and a stacking width of 31 cm.
