Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning adalah sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk mengelola data-data tranksaksi sebuah perusahaan. Saat ini, ERP atau Enterprise Resource Planning sudah dipakai di berbagai perusahaan. Tidak terkecuali pada bidang retail. Kebutuhan akan sumber daya yang dapat mengoprasikan ERP ini menjadi semakin besar. Untuk itu, Tugas Akhir ini adalah sebagai pembelajaran pengoprasian ERP Retail melalui simulasi game. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini yaitu untuk mengajarkan bagaimana ERP Retail itu berjalan seperti pada kejadian nyata, tanpa harus yang bersangkutan belajar di sistem yang telah berjalan di perusahaannya.
Proses inti dari game ERP ini yaitu, auto restock dan pembagian market share untuk setiap pemain game. Pemain cukup memasukkan sebuah konfigurasi produk yang mencakup harga jual barang, biaya periklanan barang, persediaan minimal barang di gudang, jumlah barang yang di beli ketika persediaan minimal terpenuhi, dan dari supplier mana barang tersebut dibeli. Pertama, Auto Restock akan menggunakan data dari konfigurasi barang, dan ketika persediaan barang di gudang mencapai batas minimum, sistem akan melakukan transaksi pembelian ke supplier – supplier yang ada pada konfigurasi. Kedua, pembagian Market Share, pembagian market share ini akan menggunakan data dari konfigurasi produk. Setiap ronde sistem akan menghitung berapa market share dari produk di setiap perusahaan. Kemudian sistem akan membuat invoice penjualan.

================================================================= Enterprise Resource Planning is a system used to manage transaction datas of a company. Currently, ERP or Enterprise Resource Planning has been used in various companies. No exception to the retail field. The need for human resources that can operate ERP is getting bigger. Therefore, this Final Project is as a learning of ERP Retail operating through game simulation. The purpose of this Final Project is to educate how Retail ERP runs as it is in real situation, without having anyone learning on the system that has been running in the company.
The core process of this ERP game are, auto restock and distribution of market share for every game player. Game Player only need to submit products configuration which includes the selling price of the product, cost of advertise product, the minimum stock in the warehouse, the amount of product purchased when the minimum stock is met, and from which supplier where the product is purchased. First, Auto Restock will use data from the products configuration. When minimum stock met, system will conduct purchase transactions to suppliers in the products configuration. Second, the market share distribution, this market share distribution will use data from the products configuration. Each round of the system will calculate how much the market share of every product in each company. Then the system will create a sales invoice.
