Abstract
==================================================================================================================Infrastructure Development has increased throughout the year in the country, giving prospects for heavy equipment rental business. Contractors with heavy equipment owner (Leasing) plays an important role in the success of these business. A good relationship between the Contractor Leasing is very important for the success of the project. At present the relationship is controlled by a contractor with a one-way approach. Contractors choose leasing at low rates with lower equipment specifications. The conventional approach is considered not to be representative because the contractor's decision is likely to be manipulated by some leases in the opposite way. Good cooperation obtained from an effective decision making between the contractor and leasing.
This study aims to lease heavy equipment to get pricing strategy when competing separately memaximumkan revenue among fellow leasing while using Cooperative Game Theory approach. The analysis begins by identifying strategies and criteria for each player to arrange the payoff matrix then define and analyze the strategy nash equilibrium. The result of analysis is a win win solution between leasing and contractor in terms of mutually satisfactory profit sharing in cooperation relationship.
The results showed a pricing strategy and the specification used inter leasing strategy while pricing and payment strategies used as a strategy contractors. The simulation results show that both parties that the lease with the contractor get the maximum benefit, these conditions are nash equilibrium state in which none of the players who could benefit by changing strategies.
