Abstract

Pembangkit Coal Power Plant dari Fast Tracking Project (FTP) yang dipunyai oleh PT ABC dibangun oleh kontraktor dari China. PT ABC merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang bisnis pelayanan jasa penyediaan tenaga listrik. Pada tahun 2010 PT ABC mendirikan unit bisnis baru yang khusus melayani pelaksanaan Operation & Maintenance unit pembangkitan yakni Unit Bisnis Jasa Operation & Maintenance. Saat ini telah melaksanakan Operation & Maintenance empat unit pembangkit skala besar yaitu : PLTU Indramayu, PLTU Rembang, PLTU Pacitan dan PLTU Paiton Baru, Kondisi peralatan pembangkit rata-rata kurang baik. Pemeliharaan yang dilaksanakan saat ini kurang memadai lagi meskipun dengan kondisi usia peralatan yang masih muda. Pengelolaan Pemeliharaan Pembangkit Listrik diperlukan agar pembangkit listrik tersebut mampu meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dalam rangka memenuhi tuntunan masyarakat dan tantangan perkembangan teknologi, Untuk memperbaiki perencanaan dan kesiapan overhaul pada tingkat yang optimal perlu dibuat pengelolaan manajemen pemeliharaan mengunakan Outage Management, yang merupakan proses sinergi dan berkesinambungan dari Perencanaan, Monitoring, Pengendalian serta Evaluasi Planed Outage dan menggunakan House of Quality (HOQ), yang secara garis besar Voice Of Costumer diupayakan dikonversi secara langsung keandalan Karakteristik teknis pemeliharaan. Dengan menerapkan hal tersebut yang dilakukan penelitian di PLTU Indramayu proses setelah pelaksanaan overhaul terdapat kenaikan pada effisiensi boiler 86.3 % menjadi 86.4 % dan penurunan nilai Heat Rate turbin 2133 menjadi 2089 Kcal/Kwh, Pada House of Quality (HOQ) terdapat hubungan Korelasi antara sesama Technical Requerement Rangking Respon Teknikal 3 tertinggi adalah Safety Base Outage Management nomer 1 senilai 97, Customer Requirement nomer 2 senilai 81 dan web outage management senilai 72 sehingga diharapkan perusahaan bisa dapat mencapai karakteristik teknis yang sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan. ================================================================================================================== The Coal Power Plant from Fast Tracking Project (FTP) owned by PT ABC is built by contractors from China. In 2010 pt abc establish business units new special serving the implementation of the operation & maintenance unit whenever the business units services operation & maintenance . Currently has been implement operation & maintenance four units of steam power plants a large scale with, namely Coal Fired Power Plant Indramayu , Coal-Fired Power Plant Rembang , Coal Fired Power Plant Pacitan And Paiton New Coal Fired Power Plant, The condition of generating equipment is not good enough. Maintenance undertaken is currently inadequate again despite the condition of the equipment age is still young. The maintenance of the power plant is needed so that the power plant can improve the quality of service in order to meet the community's guidance and the challenges of technological development. To improve overhaul planning and preparedness at an optimum level, maintenance management is required using Outage Management, which is a synergy and sustainable process of Planning, Monitoring, Controlling and Evaluation Planed Outage and using House of Quality (HOQ), which outline the voice of costumer attempted to be directly converted reliability Technical characteristics of maintenance. By applying the research done in PLTU Indramayu process after the implementation of overhaul there is an increase in boiler efficiency 86.3% to 86.4% and decrease of turbine heat rate value 2133 to 2089 Kcal / Kwh, At the House of Quality (HOQ there is a Correlation relationship between the highest Technical Requerement Technical Response Rank 3 is safety base Outage Management number 1 worth 97, customer requirement number 2 is 81 and 72 web outage management is valued so that the company is expected to achieve the appropriate technical characteristics with a set target
