Abstract
Perubahan dari sistem televisi analog menjadi sistem televisi
digital terestrial di Indonesia tinggal menunggu waktu. Namun masih
banyak infrastruktur yang masih perlu dibangun untuk menunjang
sistem televisi digital terestrial agar dapat beroperasi dengan baik.
Belum meratanya sistem pemancar televisi digital terestrial yang
keberadaannya masih terbenturnya undang – undang yang berlaku di
negara ini menjadi salah satu permasalahannya. Salah satu solusinya
adalah memetakannya dalam sebuah Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG).
Pemetaan pemancar tv digital terestrial ini dibuat untuk
mempermudah KPI (Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia) dalam melakukan
identifikasi letak pemancar televisi digital terestrial serta memberikan
informasi yang berkaitan dengan daya pemancar, spesifikasi pemancar
televisi digital terestrial di Indonesia dalam kondisi offline.
Adapun pengujian pada sistem informasi geografis pemetaan
pemancar tv digital terestrial ini menggunakan tiga metode, yaitu
pengujian Black-box, Mean Opinion Score (MOS) dan System Usability
Scale (SUS). Dari pengujian didapatkan hasil antara lain, untuk
pengujian black-box, didapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan fungsionalitas
sistem. Untuk nilai MOS, kemudahan menu aplikasi 3.9, kemudahan
dalam navigasi aplikasi 4.1, kemudahan dalam menggunakan tools 4.05,
penilaian tampilan interface 3.952, dan untuk penilaian keseluruhan
aplikasi SIG 4. Sedangkan hasil penilaian SUS yang dilakukan
didapatkan nilai 65.71 atau dalam kondisi Marginal (High).

The transition from analogue television system into a system of
digital terrestrial television in Indonesia a matter of time. But there are
still a lot of infrastructure that still need to be built to support the digital
terrestrial television systems in order to operate properly. Yet the
prevalence of digital terrestrial television transmitter system whose
existence is still stumbled laws applicable in the country into one of the
problems. One solution is to map them into a Geographic Information
System (GIS).
Mapping of terrestrial digital TV transmitter is designed to
facilitate KPI (Indonesian Broadcasting Commission) in identifying the
location of terrestrial digital television transmitter and provide
information relating to the transmitter power, terrestrial digital
television transmitter specifications in Indonesia in the offline condition.
As for testing the geographic information system mapping of
terrestrial digital TV transmitter using three methods, namely Black-box
testing, Mean Opinion Score (MOS) and the System Usability Scale
(SUS). From the test results obtained, among others, for the black-box
testing, the results obtained in accordance with the functionality of the
system. For MOS value, ease of application menus 3.9, 4.1 ease of
navigation applications, ease of use of tools 4,05, ratings display
interface 3.952, and for the overall assessment of the application of GIS
4. The results of the assessment conducted SUS score is 65.71, or in
marginal condition (High) .
