Abstract
Kecelakaan kapal banyak terjadi di Indonesia. Salah satu
penyebabnya adalah volume lalu lintas kapal yang tinggi seperti
pada alur pelayaran Selat Bali. Menurut data KNKT lebihdari
80% kecelakaan disebabkan oleh human error.Tujuan utama dari
penulisan tugas akhir adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar
nilai human error berpengaruh terhadap kecelakaan kapal akibat
sistem kelistrikan .Setelah mengetahui seberapa besar nilai
human error berpengaruh terhadap kecelakaan kapal, maka
selanjutnya akan dianalisis mengenai faktor-faktor apa saja yang
mempengaruhi human error. Metode yang digunakan dalam
tugas akhir ini adalah kombinasi dari metode AHP (Analytical
Hierarchy Process) dan SHELL Model, sehingga dapat diketahui
seberapa besar nilai human error dan apa saja penyebabnya.
Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa nilai human error terhadap
kecelakaan kapal akibat kondisi Sistem kelistrikan sebesar 26.9%
dan nilai terbesar yang mempengaruhi human error adalah
kesehatan SDM dengan nilai sebesar 32.1%.

There are many ship accidents that were occured in Indonesia.
One of them is caused by the heavy marine traffic like the
condition at Bali Strait passage. Based on the data from KNKT,
more than 80% of accidents are caused by human error. The
main objective of the final project is toanalyze how much the
value of human error affect ship accidents due to electrical
system. After finding outhow much the value of human error
affect ship accidents, the next will be on the analysis of the
factors that influence human error.The method used in this final
project is a combination of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process)
and SHELL model, so it can be seen how much the value of
human error and the factors that influence human error. From
the results of analysis show that the value of human error that
effect ship accidents due to condition of electrical system is
26.9% and the largest value that influence human error is good
condition of operator by 32.1%.
