Abstract
Jalan Bukit Darmo Boulevard merupakan jenis jalan kolektor primer. Menurut SNI 7391:2008 untuk kategori jalan tersebut standar kesilauannya sebesar 4-5. Setelah dilakukan pengukuran, simulasi, dan perhitungan nilai kesilauan pada videotron menggunakan lampu Philips BBS465 LED48/840 PSD W62L62 dengan nilai luminous flux sebesar 1600 lm didapatkan nilai kesilauan maksimal sebesar 8,878 cd/m2. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa nilai kesilauan tidak sesuai standar. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan sistem pencahayaan buatan pada videotron didesain dengan menggunakan Software DIALux Evo 3. Rancangan kuat pencahayaan buatan pada videotron melingkupi perubahan nilai luminous flux dan penambahan lampu jalan. Pada simulasi perancangan tanpa lampu jalan nilai luminous flux pada videotron dirubah menjadi 900 lm dan nilai kesilauan maksimal yang didapatkan 4,991 cd/m2. Pada simulasi perancangan dengan penambahan lampu jalan dengan nilai luminous flux 28000 lm, nilai luminous flux pada videotron dirubah menjadi sebesar 805 lm dan nilai kesilauan maksimal yang didapat sebesar 4,991 cd/m2. Dari kedua data perancangan tersebut nilai kesilauan yang dihasilkan telah sesauai dengan standar yang ditentukan.

Bukit Darmo Boulevard Street is a type of primary collector road. According to SNI 7391: 2008 for the category street that standard of glare value is 4-5. After the measurement, simulation, and calculation glare value the Videotron using lamp of Philips BBS46 LED48/840 PSD W62L62 the luminous flux value is 1600 lm obtained maximum glare value is 8.878 cd/m2. The data indicate that the glare value is not standards. In this study, proposed that artificial lighting system on Videotron designed using DIALux Software Evo 3. The design of artificial lighting intensity on Videotron covered that luminous flux value changes and addition of street lights. Design in the simulation without street lights around videotron that luminous flux value of videotron was changed to 900 lm and obtained maximum glare value is 4.991 cd/m2. Then design in simulation that addition of street lights that luminous flux value of lamp is 28000 lm around videotron that luminous flux value of videotron was changed to 805 lm and obtained maximum glare value is 4.991 cd/m2. Two designs of artificial lighting intensity produced glare value that appropriate with the standards by street lights and without street lights around videotron.
