Abstract
Melihat kondisi lalu lintas di kawasan Bandara
Soekarno-Hatta yang begitu padat tentunya menimbulkan
kerugian di berbagai pihak terutama para pengguna jalan.
Padatnya lalu lintas menuju bandara Soekarno-Hatta akan
memperbanyak waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk sampai ke bandara,
hal ini akan membuat penumpang terlambat pesawat serta lalu
lintas menjadi kurang lancar. Oleh sebab itu untuk meningkatkan
pelayanan di Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, akan dibangun fasilitas
angkutan internal Bandara yang berupa Kereta Monorel yang
melayani perpindahan orang dari satu terminal ke terminal
lainnya. Jenis kereta Monorel yang digunakan yaitu APMS
(Automated People Mover System) buatan PT. INKA yang
berlokasi di Madiun, Jawa Timur, Indonesia.
Dalam Tugas akhir ini akan direncanakan struktur Track
monorel dan Switchpoint sebagai fasilitas pendukung di Bandara
Soekarno-Hatta, Cengkareng – Jakarta. Dimana Track monorel
sebagai sarana melintas nya kereta untuk mengangkut
penumpang dari terminal satu ke terminal lainnya. Sedangkan
fungsi dari Switchpoint adalah sebagai sarana kereta untuk
berpindah jalur dari satu jalur ke jalur lainnya. Struktur Balok
Track Monorel menggunakan Beton pracetak-pratekan,
sedangkan struktur Switchpoint menggunakan beton bertulang
dengan mutu tinggi.

Desain dan pembebanan Track Monorel Bandara
menggunakan standar pembebanan kereta dan kriteria desain
dari PT. INKA. Adapun beban-beban lainnya yaitu beban gempa
menggunakan standar pembebanan gempa untuk jembatan yaitu
RSNI 2833:201X (2013). Sedangkan standar-standar lain yang
digunakan dalam perencanaan antara lain, SNI 03-2847-2002
(Struktur Beton), PCI (Precast Concrete Institue) dan PPPURG
1987 (Pembebanan Gedung).

dense certainly cause losses in various parties, especially road
users. dense traffic towards Soekarno-Hatta will increase the time
it takes to get to the airport, it will make a late passenger plane as
well as traffic becomes less smooth. therefore to improve services
at Soekarno-Hatta, internal transport facilities will be built in the
form of airport monorail trains that serve the movement of people
from one terminal to another terminal. type monorail train used is
APMS (automated people mover system) artificial pt. inka located
in Madiun, East Java, Indonesia.
in this thesis will be planned monorail track structure and
switchpoint as support facilities at Soekarno-Hatta - jakarta.
where the monorail track as a means of his passing trains to
carry passengers from one terminal to another terminal. while the
function of the switchpoint is as a means to change lanes train
from one track to another track. monorail track beam structure
using precast-prestressed concrete, while the switchpoint using
reinforced concrete structure with high quality.

other expenses that seismic load using standard earthquake
loading to bridge that RSNI 2833: 201x (2013). while other
standards are used in the planning, among others, SNI 03-2847-
