Abstract
Selanjutnya GO direduksi secara termal melalui proses hydrothermal.

Graphene is an inovative material which has a single layer two dimension that consist carbon atom hybridisized sp2 form hexagonal structure. It also has a specific surface area reaches 1500 m2/gram. Furthermore, graphene is very suitable to be used as an electrochemical capacitor that work based on specific surface area to charge-discharge process. The purpose of this research are to get the optimum mass of reductor zinc for graphene synthesized for supercapacitor applications. In this research, graphite oxidized to graphite oxide by Hummer method and dissolved in DI water to obtain graphene oxide (GO) by ultrasonication process. Then GO chemically reduced with 0.8 g, 1.6 g, 2.4 g Zn powder added. GO thermally reduced with hydrothermal process. Synthesized graphene be dissolved in DI. To make an electrode, a piece of nickel foam be immersed in graphene solution then be dried off. Based on four point probe test and cyclic voltametry test, graphene with 0,8 gr zinc mass has the best properties. Its electrical conductivity is 2,906 S/cm and its electrical capacitance is 90,623 F/gram.
