Abstract
Pada era sekarang ini,penggunaan DG sebagai sistem kelistrikan yang baru sangatlah bermanfaat. Pengembangan sistem kelistrikan kota Payakumbuh pada era sekarang sangatlah dibutuhkan. Dikarenakan kota Payakumbuh semakin maju sehingga membutuhkan sistem kelistrikan yang mandiri dengan terhubung Distributed Generator. Akan tetapi, demi mendukung kelayakan dari perencanaan sistem kelistrikan yang baru dibutuhkanlah suatu analisa yang dapat membuktikan apakah sistem kelistrikan yang baru ini layak digunakan. Dalam pengerjaan tugas akhir ini melakukan simulasi mengenai kestabilan sudut rotor jaringan distribusi kota Payakumbuh penyulang Koto Nan 4. Dalam analisa kestabilan sudut rotor,parameter Critical Clearing Time (CCT) sebagai indikator dari peforma sistem. Akan disimulasikan dengan memberikan sebuah gangguan pada bus dan akan dianalisa waktu ketika dalam keadaan stabil menuju tidak stabil.

In the current era, the use of DG as a new electrical system is very useful. Development of electricity system Payakumbuh city in the present era is needed. Due to the increasingly advanced Payakumbuh city that requires an independent electrical system with a Distributed Generator connected. However, to support the feasibility of planning a new electrical system requires an analysis that can prove whether the new electrical system is feasible to use. In this final project, simulated about the stability of the rotor angle of Payakumbuh city distribution network feeder Koto Nan 4. In stability analysis of rotor angle, Critical Clearing Time parameter (CCT) as an indicator of system performance. It will be simulated by providing a noise on the bus and will be analyzed when it is stable to unstable.
