Abstract
Kesehatan merupakan salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam investasi pembangunan sumber daya manusia berkualitas. Indeks Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat (IPKM) merupakan indikator kompo-sit yang bertujuan menggambarkan kemajuan pembangunan kesehatan yang diukur dengan derajat kesehatan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka diperlukan pengetahuan terkait variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi derajat kesehatan. Dalam penelitian ini diduga variabel lingkungan, perilaku kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan, dan genetik berpengaruh terhadap derajat kesehatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan varia-bel-variabel laten tersebut adalah metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan metode estimasi parameter Boots-trap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator pada variabel lingkungan signifikan, tiga dari lima indikator pada variabel perilaku kesehatan signifikan, empat dari lima indikator pada variabel pelayanan kesehatan signifikan, dan dua dari tiga indikator pada variabel genetik signifikan. Pada analisis selanjutnya hanya digunakan indikator yang sig-nifikan dan menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel derajat kesehatan. Hasil estimasi dengan bootstrap untuk uji hipotesis juga menyimpulkan bahwa variabel lingkungan, perilaku kese-hatan, pelayanan kesehatan, dan genetik berpengaruh terhadap derajat kesehatan.

Health is one factor that plays an important role in the investment quality of human resource development. Public Health Development Index (IPKM) is a composite indicator that aims to describe the development progress of health as measured by health status. Based on this, the necessary knowledge related variables that affect health status. In this research allegedly environment variables, health behaviors, health care, and genetic influence on health status. The approach used to determine the relationship of the latent variables is the method of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) with a parameter estimation method Bootstrap. The results showed that all indicators on the significant environmental variables, three of the five indicators on health behavior variables significantly, four of the five indicators of the health service significant variables, and two of the three indicators on genetic variables significantly. On further analysis is used only significant indicator and shows that all variables significantly influence health status variables. The estimation results with bootstrap to test hypotheses also concluded that the environmental variables, health behaviors, health care, and genetic influence on health status
