Abstract
Permasalahan yang dialami oleh PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk. adalah
peningkatan kualitas kuat tekan produksi semen. Salah satu upaya
meningkatkan kualitas kuat tekan semen melalui proses produksi dengan
menggunakan material bahan baku dan bahan pendukung yang bersifat tak bisa
diperbaharui, serta material bahan pendukung yang berasal dari hasil daur ulang.
Pemanfatan ke-lima bahan baku tambahan yaitu clinker, gypsum, trass, batu
kapur, dan fly ash yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kuat tekan
produk semen. Metode regresi linier berganda dan metode peta kendali X − R
digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bahan baku tambahan terhadap
peningkatan kualitas kuat tekan produk semen serta menganalisis kuat tekan
produk semen, apakah terkendali secara statistik atau tidak terkendali. Hasil dari
analisis sebagai berikut. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan minimal
terdapat salah satu dari bahan baku tambahan yang berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap peningkatan kualitas kuat tekan produk, dan berdasarkan uji parsial
menunjukkan bahan baku clinker, trass, batu kapur, dan fly ash berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas kuat tekan produksi semen. Analisis
peta kendali X − R menunjukkan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan
Oktober tahun 2014 kuat tekan produk semen terkendali secara statistik.
Kapabilitas proses pada bulan Mei dan Agustus tahun 2014 menunjukkan proses
produksi semen sesuai dengan spesifikasi dengan nilai indeks kapabilitas
sebesar 1,14 dan 1,36, sedangkan pada bulan Juni, Juli, September, dan Oktober
tahun 2014 menunjukkan proses produksi semen tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi
dengan nilai indeks kapabilitas < 1.

Problems faced by the PT. Cement Indonesia Tbk. is an increase in the
quality of the compressive strength of cement production. One of the efforts to
improve the quality of the compressive strength of cement through the
production process using raw materials and supporting materials that are nonrenewable,
as well as material support material derived from recycled. The fifth
additional utilization of raw materials, namely clinker, gypsum, trass, limestone,
and fly ash used to improve the quality of compressive strength of cement
products. Multiple linier regression method and control chart X − R methods
used to analyze the impact of raw materials in addition to improving the quality
compressive strength of cement products as well as analyzing the compressive
strength of the cement product is statistically controlled or uncontrolled. The
results of the analysis as follows. Multiple linier regression analysis shows there
are at least one of the additional feedstock significant effect on improving the
quality of the product compressive strength, and based on the partial test shows
the raw materials clinker, trass, limestone, and fly ash significant effect on
improving the quality of compressive strength of cement production. Control
chart X − R analysis shows in May until the month of October 2014 the
compressive strength of the cement product are statistically controlled. The
capability of the process in May and August 2014 showed cement production
process in accordance with the specifications of the capability index value of
1,14 an 1,36, whereas in June, July, September, and October 2014 showed
cement production process does not conform to the specifications of the
capability index value of less than one.
