Abstract

Institusi di jajaran Pemerintah Kota Surabaya kembali raih penghargaan. Kali ini, Puskesmas Pucang Sewu mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai Puskesmas Terbaik se-Jawa Timur dari kategori Pelayanan Primer Terbaik tingkat Puskesmas. Prestasi yang diraih oleh Puskesmas Pucang Sewu tersebut haruslah mencerminkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien juga mengenai EKIOS. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin mengetahui persepsi pasien Puskesmas Pucang Sewu terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas umum yang ada di puskesmas tersebut dengan metode statistika deskriptif, Confirmatory Factor Analysis dan Importance-Performance Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 84% pasien yang tidak mengetahui adanya EKIOS. Variabel yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar terhadap persepsi pasien adalah variabel endogen tangibles sebesar 97,3%. Kualitas pelayanan yang perlu adanya perbaikan adalah dukungan peralatan diagnosa modern, kelengkapan fasilitas pelayanan, jumlah dokter dan petugas, kecepatan dan ketepatan proses pelayanan, pemeriksaan dan pengobatan, kejelasan dokter/petugas medis dalam konsultasi, ketepatan dan kecepatan dokter dalam mengidentifikasi keluhan pasien dan lamanya antrian, serta kesesuaian resep dengan keluhan pasien, dan prioritas pelayanan kepada setiap pasien.

The results of the analysis is as many as 84 % of patients who did not know the EKIOS. A variable that has the largest contribution to patient perception is variable endogenous tangibles 97,3% as much as. The quality of service there should have been repaired are support the diagnosis of modern equipment, completeness service facilities, number of doctors and the officers, speed and accuracy of service process, examinationand treatment,clarity doctor medical officer in consultation, the accuracy and speed of a phsician in patient identity complaints and the lenght of a queue, and confirmity prescription with complaints patients, and priorities service to all patients.
