Abstract
Pelabuhan Bagendang merupakan pelabuhan sungai yang terletak Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Saat ini pelabuhan Bagendang yang dikelola secara penuh oleh PT. Pelindo III ini memiliki total 5 dermaga, yaitu: dermaga Sampit, dermaga Multipurpose I Bagendang, dermaga Multipurpose II Bagendang, dermaga CPO I Bagendang, dermaga CPO II Bagendang. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan arus barang dan bongkar muat yang semakin meningkat tiap tahunnya maka diperlukan perencanaan pembangunan dermaga baru. Dermaga baru yang akan dibangun adalah dermaga multipurpose III yang didesain untuk tipe kapal petikemas yang berukuran 5.000 DWT.
Dalam proyek akhir dermaga tersebut direncanakan meliputi perencanaan dimensi dan penulangan elemen struktur plat dan balok baik dermaga dan trestle, perencanaan struktur sandar dan tambat (fender dan boulder) serta pondasi. Struktur atas dermaga (plat lantai, balok dan pile cap) digunakan beton bertulang cor setempat. Struktur bawah dermaga menggunakan tiang pancang baja. Tiang pancang yang digunakan adalah steel pipe pile dengan mutu ASTM A252 grade 3. Dalam perencanaan struktur dermaga ini, sistem struktur dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SAP 2000 dengan model tiga dimensi. Penulangan struktur dan stabilitas struktur (terhadap retak dan terhadap pengaruh lendutan) dikontrol berdasarkan Peraturan Beton Bertulang Indonesia (1971).
Hasil dari perencanaan struktur dermaga untuk kapal 5000 DWT, didapatkan bahwa dermaga yang digunakan adalah dermaga multipurpose tipe open pier yang memiliki dimensi panjang 200 m, lebar 25 m dan elevasi +4,0 mLWS dengan kedalaman pemancangan hingga -46,00 mLWS.. Selain itu direncanakan tiga buah trestle dengan dimensi panjang 30 m, lebar 10 m dan elevasi +4,0 Mlws dengan kedalaman pemancangan hingga -40,00 mLWS. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pembangunan struktur dermaga dan trestle ini menggunakan metode in-situ (in-place). Sedangkan dari estimasi rencana anggaran biaya yang diperlukan untuk pembangunan seluruh fasilitas dermaga sebesar Rp. 401,378,282,000.00 (empat ratus satu milyar tiga ratus tujuh puluh delapan juta dua ratus delapan puluh dua ribu rupiah).

The Bagendang Port is a river port located in Kotawaringin Timur Districk, Sampit City, Central Kalimantan Province. Currently Bagendang Port has a total of 5 docks, namely: Sampit dock, Multipurpose I Bagendang dock, Bagendang Multipurpose II dock, Bagendang CPO I dock and Bagendang CPO II dock. To fulfil the needs of goods flows which are increasing every year, it is necessary to plan the construction of a new dock. The new dock that will be built is the Multipurpose III dock which is designed for the type of container ships for 5000 DWT vessels.
In the final dock project is planned to include the planning of dimensions and reinforcement of plate and beams of dock and trestle structural elements, planning of the dock and mooring structure (fenders and bolders), and foundations. The upper structure of the dock (floor plate, beam and pile cap) is used by local cast reinforced concrete. The lower structure of the dock uses steel piles. The quality of steel pipe pile is ASTM A252 grade 3.. In planning this dock structure, the structural system is analysed using SAP2000 program with 3D models. Reinforcement of structure and structural stability (against cracks and deflection effects) is controlled based on The Regulations of Reinforcement Concrete Structures (1971).
The results of the dock structure planning for 5000 DWT vessels, it was found that the dock type was multipurpose with an open pier which had dimensions of 200 m length, 25 m width and elevation of +4,0 mLWS with the depth is -46,00 mLWS. In addition, as planned there are 3 trestles had dimensions of 30 m length, 10 m width and elevation of +4,0 mLWS with the depth is -40,00 mLWS. The implementation method in the construction of the dock and trestle structure is in-situ (in-place) method. Whereas from the estimated budget plan, the costs required for the construction of all dock facilities are Rp. 401,378,282,000.00 (four hundred one billion three hundred seventy eight million two hundred eighty two thousand rupiahs).
