Abstract

Sungai Bagong yang terletak di Kabupaten Trenggalek, merupakan sungai yang bermuara di Kali Ngasinan dan merupakan satu kesatuan sistem Sub-DAS Ngrowo-Ngasinan dari DAS Brantas. Sungai Bagong ini menyumbang debit banjir yang cukup besar sehingga sistem pengendalian banjir belum dapat secara tuntas mengatasi banjir yang terjadi di Kota Trenggalek. Apabila gagasan pembangunan Bagong ini dapat direalisasikan, makadapat mereduksi banjir di Kota Trenggalek secara signifikan. Maka dari itu perlu dibangun guna menampung air selama musim hujan, agar air pada sungai tidak terbuang begitu saja dan untuk meningkatkan kemakmuran masyarakat. Selain untuk pengendalian banjir maka Bagong memiliki potensi multiguna, yaitu sebagai waduk penampung air untuk penyediaan air baku, irigasi dan domestik, untuk konservasi sumber daya air dan sebagai tempat wisata/rekreasi.
Untuk mencapai tujuan Tugas Akhir perhitungan yang dipakai dalam redesain bagong yaitu meliputi perhitungan curah hujan rencana dengan menggunakan Pearson Tipe III, analisa ketersedian air dengan menggunakan metode FJ Mock, debit rencana menggunakan hidrograf satuan sintetik Nakayasu, analisa tampungan menggunakan lengkung kapasitas waduk, dan untuk penelusuran banjir menggunakan tahap demi tahap (step by step). Setelah desain konstruksi diperoleh, maka dilakukan kontrol stabilitas pada bangunan pelimpah agar bangunan aman terhadap kondisi yang berbahaya.
Dari desain tersebut diperoleh debit banjir rencana Bendungan Bagong 350,56 m3/detik, jumlah total kebutuhan air pada pada tahun 2065 adalah 0.32m3/detik, kapasitas efektif sebesar 12.806.895,69 m3, kapasitas mati sebesar 199.750 m3, dan kapasitas total tampungan sebesar 13.006.645,69 m3, dimensi bangunan pelimpah adalah tipe mercu pelimpah bulat,e levasi mercu pelimpah +315, lebar pelimpah 35 m, tipe tubuh urugan tanah homogen dengan inti tegak, lebar puncak tubuh 12 m, tinggi tubuh 65 m, elevasi puncak tubuh +320, elevasi dasar +255, tinggi jagaan 3 m, kemiringan lereng hulu 1:2,50, dan kemiringan lereng hilir 1:2,25

Bagong River, located in Trenggalek Regency, is a river that empties into Ngasinan River and is a unity of the Ngrowinan-Ngasinan Sub-DAS system of the Brantas River Basin. Bagong River is contributing to the flood discharge is large enough so that the flood control system has not been able to completely overcome the floods that occurred in the city of Trenggalek. If the idea of Bagong Dam development can be realized, it can reduce the flood in Trenggalek City significantly. Therefore it is necessary to build a dam to accommodate water during the rainy season, so that water in the river is not wasted and to improve the prosperity of the community. In addition to flood control, Bagong Dam has multipurpose potency, ie as water reservoir for raw water supply, irrigation and domestic, for conservation of water resources and as tourism / recreation place.
To achieve the objectives of the final calculation used in the redesign of the bagong dam that includes the calculation of rainfall plan by using Pearson Type III, water availability analysis using FJ Mock method, the discharge plan using the Nakayasu synthetic unit synthetic, the container analysis using curved capacity of the reservoir, and for flood search using step by step. After the dam construction design is obtained, stability controls are conducted on the spillway building to secure the building against hazardous conditions.
