Abstract
Desain kendang/enclosure idealnya tidak memiliki lubang dimana dapat menyebabkan radiasi elektromagnetik dan gangguan pada sirkuit di dalam kandang. Namun, sebuah kandang/enclosure tanpa lubang sangat tidak dapat dilakukan karena pada kenyataannya, sebuah kandang/enclosure membutuhkan ventilasi, kabel atau penetrasi kawat, dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu, efek kompatibilitas elektromagnetik harus diperhitungkan untuk memastikan perlindungan yang cukup.
Dalam penelitian ini, akan direalisasikan kandang/enclosure untuk power combiner/divider yang bekerja pada frekuensi S-band yang akan dimanfaatkan untuk sistem coastal radar. Power combiner/divider ini dirancang menggunakan metode SIW (Substrate Integrated Waveguide) dan HMSIW (Half Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide). Power combiner/divider tersebut akan memiliki 1 port input dan 4 port output. Kandang/enclosure ini dirancang dengan memperhitungkan efek kompatibilitas elektromagnetik. Tujuan rancangan tersebut adalah untuk memastikan perlindungan yang cukup untuk mencapai kompatibilitas elektromagnetik.
Pada hasil simulasi enclosure power divider yang dirancang telah dianalisis persebaran dan intensitas surface current-nya dan dapat mencapai efek kompatibilitas elektromagnetik. Pada hasil pengukuran Enclosure yang dirancang sedikit mengubah performa dari power divider yang telah dianalisis melalui s parameter, akan tetapi perubahan nilai pada s parameter yang terjadi tidaklah besar.

The ideal enclosure design has no holes which can cause electromagnetic radiation and interference with the circuit inside the enclosure. However, a cage / enclosure without holes is very difficult because in reality, an enclosure requires ventilation, wiring or wire penetration, and so on. Therefore, the electromagnetic compatibility effect must be taken into calculation to ensure adequate protection.
In this study, the enclosure for power combiner / divider will be realized which works on the S-band frequency which will be used for coastal radar systems. This power combiner / divider is designed using the SIW (Substrate Integrated Waveguide) and HMSIW (Half Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide) method. The power combiner / divider will have 1 input port and 4 output ports. This enclosure is designed by calculate the effects of electromagnetic compatibility. The design goal is to ensure adequate protection to achieve electromagnetic compatibility.
The simulation results of the enclosure power divider have been analyzed by the distribution and intensity of surface current and can achieve electromagnetic compatibility effects. In the measurement results the enclosure that is designed slightly changes the performance of the power divider that has been analyzed through s parameters, but the change in the value of the s parameter that occurs is not large.
