Abstract
Cuaca merupakan suatu kondisi udara di suatu tempat pada waktu yang relatif singkat, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai fenomena atmosfer. Cuaca sangat berkaitan erat dalam kehidupan manusia hal itu didasari bahwa cuaca mempengaruhi kegiatan yang akan dilakukan. Cuaca mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan yang optimal dalam aspek kehidupan dengan tujuan yang bermacam–macam, salah satu contohnya adalah kegiatan manusia sehari-hari. Informasi mengenai kondisi atmosfer yang cepat, akurat, dan terperinci sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung kegiatan manusia. Prediksi cuaca dibutuhkan untuk mengambil keputusan yang optimal tersebut. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) adalah metode yang sering digunakan untuk melakukan prediksi dengan kemampuannya untuk melakukan pembelajaran dari informasi yang disediakan.
Dari hasil penelitian ini, metode Artificial Neural Network dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kondisi cuaca kota Surabaya, sehingga dapat membantu pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan informasi mengenai prediksi cuaca kota Surabaya dengan tingkat akurasi terbesar yang diperoleh dari model Artificial Neural Network yang terbaik untuk memprediksi kondisi cuaca kota Surabaya adalah 70,20%.

Weather is an air condition in a place at a relatively short time, which is influenced by various atmospheric phenomena. Weather is very closely related to human life, it is based on the weather affects the activities that will be carried out. Weather influences optimal decision making in aspects of life with various objectives, one example is everyday human activities. Information about atmospheric conditions that are fast, accurate, and detailed is needed to support human activities. Thus, weather prediction is needed to make the optimal decision. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is a method that is often used to make predictions with its ability to learn from the information provided.
From the research conducted, the Artificial Neural Network method can be used to predict the weather conditions of the Surabaya city, so that it can help those who need information about the weather prediction of the Surabaya city with the greatest level of accuracy obtained from the Artificial Neural Network model which is the best for predicting the weather conditions in Surabaya is 70,20%.
