Abstract
Pada era digital saat ini, teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat dan menjadi pendukung proses bisnis utama di beberapa perusahaan. Perusahaan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang mengimplementasikan sistem terintegrasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dari vendor SAP. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI sudah menerapkan ERP SAP sejak bulan Februari 2017. Salah satu modul yang telah diterapkan adalah modul Material Management. Setelah lebih dari satu tahun implementasi, pada kenyataannya beberapa aktivitas belum bisa dilakukan oleh sistem SAP dan salah satu Key Performance Indicator dari divisi pengadaan yakni ketepatan waktu pengadaan material sulit dicapai sepenuhnya. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa masih terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara kebutuhan proses bisnis perusahaan dengan model MM SAP. Untuk memastikan bahwa modul Material Management SAP dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik untuk mendukung tujuan bisnis dari perusahaan, maka perlu dilakukan pemantauan sejauh mana implementasi telah mencapai target.
Pemantauan akan dilakukan dengan metode misfit analysis yang terdiri atas tiga tingkatan seperti berikut; (1) Ketidaksesuaian Tujuan (Goal Misfit) dimana identifikasi ini menggunakan pemodelan usecase yang bertujuan agar perusahaan dapat mengetahui apa saja kebutuhan dan kemampuannya saat ini, (2) Ketidaksesuaian Fungsional (Scenario Level) yang terdiri dari dua langkah yakni pemodelan dan penilaian kesesuaian skenario (3) Ketidaksesuaian Data dan Keluaran (Output and Data Misfit) dimana mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis korespondensi luaran (output misfits) dan data terkait. Sehingga dapat diketahui dimana letak ketidaksesuaian antara kondisi SAP yang berjalan saat ini dengan kondisi SAP yang diinginkan.
Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah analisis penyebab dan dampak ketidaksesuaian terhadap proses pengadaan material di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI, dan diharapkan dapat membantu PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI dalam melakukan perbaikan sistem ERP SAP agar dapat memenuhi tujuan dan sasaran bisnis yang diharapkan.

In this current digital era, information technology has developed rapidly and has become a major supporter of business processes in several companies. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI is one of company that implements integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems from SAP vendors. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI has been implementing SAP ERP since February 2017. One of module that has been implemented is the Material Management module. After more than a year of implementation, in fact, some activities could not be carried out by the SAP system and one of the Key Performance Indicators from the procurement division, which is the timeliness of material procurement, is difficult to achieve fully. This indicates that there is still a mismatch between the company's business process needs and the SAP MM model. To ensure that the SAP Material Management module can be utilized properly to support the business objectives of the company, it is necessary to monitor the extent to which the implementation has reached the target.
Monitoring will be carried out using the misfit analysis method which consists of three levels as follows; (1) Objective Mismatch (Goal Misfit) where this identification uses usecase modeling which aims to enable companies to find out what their current needs and abilities are, (2) Functional Mismatch (Scenario Level) which consists of two steps namely scenario suitability modeling and assessment ( 3) Data and Output Mismatches (Output and Data Misfit) where identifying and analyzing output misfits and related data. So that it can be seen where there is a mismatch between SAP conditions that are currently running and the desired SAP conditions.
The final result of this research is the analysis of the causes and effects of nonconformities with the material procurement process at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI and it is expected to help PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI in improving SAP ERP systems in order to meet the expected business goals and objectives.
