Abstract

Rumah sakit Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak telah memiliki IPAL untuk pengolahan air limbah berupa berupa biofilter anaerobik, namun hasil pemeriksaan sampel IPAL rumah sakit Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak menunjukkan bahwa hasil outlet masih tinggi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa IPAL rumah sakit Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak masih belum memenuhi baku mutu. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada oleh karena itu, maka dilakukan evaluasi pengolahan air limbah untuk menanggulangi semakin bertambahnya pencemaran yang dibuang ke lingkungan dengan dasar yang sesuai pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Pada perencanaan ini, terdapat dua jenis data yang digunakan, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer meliputi debit influen air limbah, karakteristik BOD, COD, TSS, N, P, suhu, dan pH yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil pengambilan sampel di lapangan dan kemudian dianalisa di laboratorium. Sedangkan data sekunder berupa baku mutu air limbah rumah sakit Permen LH nomor 5 tahun 2014 dan harga satuan pokok kerja (HSPK) Kota Pontianak Tahun 2017.
Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi Kinerja bak ekualisasi rumah sakit Universitas Tanjungpura belum optimal dikarenanakan td bak ekualisasi belum sesuai dengan kriteria desain. Kinerja bak anaerobik biofilter belum memenuhi % removal sesuai dengan kriteria desain sehingga effluent olahan masih dibawah standar baku mutu. Total Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dari modifikasi IPAL eksisting antara lain Alternatif 1 adalah Rp 52.057.084 sedangkan Alternatif 2 adalah Rp 97.879.749. Berdasarkan beberapa aspek perbandingan volume dan luas lahan, efesiensi penyisihan, serta Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), maka dipilih alternatif pengolahan menggunakan kombinasi anaerobik- aerobik biofilter media bioball karena lebih menguntungkan untuk digunakan berdasarkan IPAL eksisting yang ada.

The University of Tanjungpura Pontianak has an IPAL for wastewater treatment in form of anaerobic biofilter, but the result of examination of sample WWTP in Tanjungpura University Pontianak hosipital indicate that the outlet results are still high. This proves that WWTP of Tanjungpura University Pontianak hospital still does not meet the quality standard. Based on the exixting problems, there an evaluation of wastewater treatmentis carried out to cope with the increasing pollution that is disposed to the environment on an appropriate basis in the applicable legislation.
In this planning, it takes two collected data, primary and secondary. The primary data consists of influent flow if wastewater, characteristic of BOD, COD, TSS, N, P, temperature, and pH, primary data was collected based on wastewater sampling in field, then it was analyse in laboratory. Secondary data consist of wastewater quality standar based on Permen LH nomor 5 tahun 2014 and working unit price (HSPK) Pontianak city year 2017.
Based on the results of the performance evaluation such as the equalization of Tanjungpura University hospital, it is not optimal due to the equalization not yet in accordance with the design criteria. The performance of the anaerobic body of the biofilter does not meet the% removal according to the design criteria so that the processed effluent is still below the quality standard. The Total Cost Budget Plan (RAB) of the existing WWTP modification, among others, Alternative 1 is Rp. 112,927,008 while Alternative 2 is Rp. 124,808,549. Based on several aspects of the comparison of volume and area of land, allowance efficiency, and Cost Budget Plan (RAB), the processing alternative was chosen using a combination of anaerobic-aerobic bioball media biofilter because it was more profitable to use based on the existing WWTP.
