Abstract
Instagram merupakan salah satu social network service (SNS) yang populer digunakan sebagai media beriklan beberapa waktu terakhir ini. Salah satu kategori linimasa populer pada intagram adalah kategori berita. Beberapa akun portal berita yang ada pada instagram menarik untuk menjadi studi kasus. Detikcom menjadi salah satu akun portal berita dengan followers tertinggi dengan nilai followers mencapai lebih dari satu juta akun yang mengikuti berita terbaru dari detikcom. Sementara kompascom dan tribunnews mempunyai tingkat followers yang lebih rendah dari detikcom dengan kisaran angka enam ratus ribu akun yang mengikuti kedua akun portal berita pada instagram tersebut. Sindonews sendiri mempunyai followers paling rendah dengan hanya ada sekira enam puluh ribu akun yang mengikuti akun portal berita ini.
Pada penelitian kali ini digunakan DSDM sebagai metodologi pengembangan dashboard. Proses pembuatan dashboard sendiri dibagi menjadi scraping menggunakan python yang datanya disimpan di basis data MySQL yang kemudian ditampilkan pada Dashboard yang dibuat dengan tableau 9.2. Sebelum menyimpan data pada basis data sendiri hasil dari scraping tersebut berupa data yang tersimpan pada ekstensi json. Data json ini kemudian dimasukan kedalam basis data MySQL menggunakan script PHP sederhana.
Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah dashboard yang mampu menampilkan pertumbuhan jumlah followers dan tingkat keaktifan dari sebuah akun portal berita. Tingkat keaktifan ini dinilai dari jumlah posts yang dibuat oleh akun portal berita dan jumlah likes pada post yang dibuat akun portal berita.

Instagram is one of the social network services (SNS) that is popularly used as a medium for advertising in recent times. One popular timeline category on intagram is the news category. Some news portal accounts available on Instagram are interesting to bea case study. Detikcom is one of the news portal accounts with the highest followerswith followersreaching more than one million accounts following the latest news from AFP. While Kompascom and Tribunnews have lower followersthan AFP with a range of six hundred thousand accounts that follow both news portal accounts on the Instagram account. Sindonews itself has the lowest followerswith only around sixty thousand accounts that follow this news portal account.In this research, DSDM is used as a dashboard development methodology. The process of creating the dashboard itself is divided into scrapingusing python whose data is stored in the MySQL database which is then displayed on the Dashboard created with tableau 9.2. Before storing data in its own database the results of the scrapingare in the form of data stored in the json extension. This json data is then entered into the MySQL database using a simple PHP script.The expected results of this research are dashboards that are able to display the growth in the number of followersand the
viiilevel of activity of a news portal account. This level of activity is judged by the number of postsmade by the news portal account and the number of likesin the postmade by the news portalaccount.
