Abstract
PT. X Indonesia merupakan perusahaan milik perseorangan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur sandal. Industri ini adalah salah satu industri di Indonesia yang menerapkan sistem shift kerja, dimana tenaga kerja dibagi dalam 2 shift kerja, yaitu shift kerja pagi dimulai pukul 07.00-19.00 WIB (12 jam), shift kerja malam dimulai pukul 19.00-07.00 WIB (12 jam). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi kelelahan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelelahan operator gerinda sandal. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi kelelahan operator gerinda sandal yaitu Industrial Fatigue Research Commitee (IFRC), Groningen Sleep Quality Scale (GSQS) untuk mengetahui kualitas tidur dan kuisioner ketiga menggunakan Karolinska Sleepness Scale (KSS) untuk kondisi kantuk. Untuk pengolahan data selanjutnya menggunakan program SPSS 16.00 yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel secara bivariat. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa operator yang tidak lelah sebanyak 12 (11,4%) operator (total nilai IFRC=30-60), sebanyak 89 (84,8%) operator mengalami kelelahan sedang (total nilai IFRC 61-90), sebanyak 4 (3,8%) operator mengalami kelelahan berat (total nilai IFRC 91-120). Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa Usia berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Tidur, Kondisi Fisik berpengaruh terhadap IFRC, dan Heart Rate berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Tidur.

PT. X Indonesia is an individual-owned company engaged in manufacturing slippers. This industry is one of the industries in Indonesia that applies a work shift system, where the workforce is divided into 2 work shifts, namely the morning work shift starting at 07:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m (12 hours), night shift starting at 19:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of fatigue and the factors that affect the fatigue of the grinding grinding operator. The method used to determine the fatigue condition of sandal grinding operators is Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC), Groningen Sleep Quality Scale (GSQS) to determine sleep quality and a third questionnaire using the Karolinska Sleepness Scale (KSS) for drowsiness. The data processing then uses the SPSS 16.00 program which aims to determine the relationship between bivariate variables. From the results of the research that has been done, it is known that operators who are not tired are 12 (11.4%) operators (total IFRC = 30-60), as many as 89 (84.8%) operators experience moderate fatigue (total IFRC 61-90) ), 4 (3.8%) operators experienced severe fatigue (total IFRC value 91-120). From this study, it was found that age affected sleep quality, physical conditions affecting IFRC, and heart rate affected sleep quality.
