Abstract
PT X merupakan perusahaan pada sektor industri energi telah membangun pembangkit Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) untuk memasok energi listrik ke konsumen tunggal berupa perusahaan pada sektor industri pupuk. Transaksi jual beli tenaga listrik memerlukan izin usaha dan izin tarif dimana telah disepakati kontrak terkait tarif sehingga perlu dievaluasi pengaruhnya terhadap kelayakan finansial dari investasi pembangkit dan dibandingkan dengan tarif ideal yang diestimasikan berdasarkan projected cost. Evaluasi kelayakan finansial dari investasi ini perlu mempertimbangkan risiko yang mampu mengeser nilai kelayakannya. Pengelolaan risiko dilakukan dengan mengikuti kaidah ISO 31000: 2018. Pada proses risk assessment dilakukan dengan menggunakan model simulasi Monte Carlo yang hasilnya dibuat risk mapping untuk menentukan kategori risiko. Kemudian dirancang risk treatment untuk mengurangi pengaruh risiko terhadap kelayakan dan dibuat residual risk mapping. Hasil penelitian memperoleh nilai kelayakan investasi pembangkit dengan NPV sebesar USD 1,061,380 dan IRR 5.28% dengan peluang layak 80.40%.

PT X is a company in the energy industry sector that has built a Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) to supply electricity to a single consumer company in the fertilizer industry sector. Electricity sale and purchase transactions require business licenses and tariff permits where a contract has been agreed on related to the tariff so that the effect on the financial feasibility of the power plant investment needs to be evaluated and compared with the ideal tariff estimated based on the projected cost. The evaluation of the financial feasibility of this investment needs to consider risks that are able to shift the value of its feasibility. Risk management is carried out by following the rules of ISO 31000: 2018. The risk assessment process is carried out by using a Monte Carlo simulation model whose results are made risk mapping to determine the risk category. Then a risk treatment is designed to reduce the effect of risk on feasibility and create residual risk mapping. The results of the study obtained the value of the feasibility of this power investment with NPV of USD 1,061,380 and IRR 5.28% with opportunities worth 80.40%.
