Abstract

Gedung Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka (UHAMKA) yang terletak di Ciracas, Jakarta Timur terdiri dari sembilan lantai dan satu basement dengan ketinggian total 36,52 meter. Gedung ini dibangun dengan konstruksi beton bertulang konvensional. Gedung ini akan direncanakan ulang dengan modifikasi penambahan lantai gedung yang difungsikan sebagai ruang pertemuan atau seminar untuk menyelenggarakan acara – acara formal sehingga ketinggian gedung menjadi 45 meter. Struktur balok prategang akan digunakan pada lantai atap agar dapat menahan beban yang ada tanpa adanya kolom di tengah ruangan. Balok prategang dipasang dalam dua arah, yaitu arah memanjang dan melintang.
Pada perencanaan struktur Gedung Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka (UHAMKA) didesain dengan menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK). Dari hasil Analisa yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa balok prategang pada atap arah memanjang dan melintang memiliki dimensi sebesar 500 x 1250 mm dan gaya prategang sebesar 3500 kN. Kehilangan gaya prategang yang dialami oleh balok arah memanjang sebesar 25,695% dan pada balok arah melintang sebesar 24,135 %.

The Faculty of Economics and Business of University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka (UHAMKA) Building on Ciracas, West Jakarta are made of nine floors and one basement, with the total elevation of 36,52 meter. This building is made with the construction of conventional reinforced concrete. On this thesis, this building will be re-designed with an added modification of another floor that will be used as meeting room or seminar room to hold formal events so that the building height becomes 45 meters. Pre-stressed concrete beam will be installed on rofftop so that it can resist the existing load, in which the spacious floor without any column in the middle of seminar room. Presteressed concrete beam will be installed on longitudinal and transverse direction.
The Faculty of Economics and Business of University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka (UHAMKA) Building will be designed by using Special Moments Frame Structure (SRPMK). From the result of analysis, it can be concluded that pre-stressed concrete beams on the rooftop in longitudinal and transverse direction have a dimension 500 x 1250 mm and pre-stressed force of both beams are 3500 kN with 25,695% loss of prestressing force of the longitudinal beam and 24,135% loss of prestressing force of the transverse beam.
