Abstract
Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa adalah pelabuhan yang dikelola oleh PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II. Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa mempunyai sejarah yang cukup panjang yang bermula sejak zaman kerajaan. Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa saat ini melayani kapal pelayaran nusantara dan kapal pelayaran rakyat. Lokasi dari Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa termasuk dalam kawasan cagar budaya wilayah kota tua sesuai dengan Peraturan Gubernur no 36 tahun 2014 tentang Rencana Induk Kawasan Kotatua. Namun sampai saat ini belum ada pengembangan Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa untuk mendukung peraturan gubernur tersebut. Untuk dapat mendukung peraturan gubernur tersebut, perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk proses perancangan pelabuhan warisan budaya. Tujuan penelitian dalam tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat rancangan pelabuhan warisan budaya. Pengerjaan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan pelabuhan – pelabuhan warisan budaya yang sudah ada di luar negeri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada rancangan konsep pelabuhan warisan budaya ini membutuhkan fasilitas – fasilitas wisata, antara lain tur wisata pulau Onrust, pusat informasi wisata, kafe berkapasitas 105 orang, kanopi sepanjang 706 m, dan monumen Fatahillah. Rancangan ini menghasilkan nilai investasi sebesar Rp. 2.45 miliyar

Port of Sunda Kelapa is a port managed by PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II. The port of Sunda Kelapa has a long history that began from the time of the kingdom. Sunda Kelapa Port currently serves inter-island ship and folklore traditional ship. The location of the Sunda Kelapa Harbor is located in the cultural heritage area of the Kotatua in accordance with Governor Regulation no. 36 of 2014 on the Master Plan of the Kotatua Region. But until now there has been no development of the Port of Sunda Kelapa to support the governor's regulation. To be able to support the governor's regulation, it is necessary to conduct research for the process of designing the port of cultural heritage. The purpose of this final project is to design the port of cultural heritage. The work of this research is done by benchmarking the ports of cultural heritage that already exists in othe country. The result of this research shows that the concept of port cultural heritage requires tourist facilities, including tour tours on the Onrust island, tourist information centers, cafes with a capacity of 105 people, a canopy along 706 m, and the Fatahillah monument. This design produces an investment value of Rp. 2.45 billion
