Abstract

Employee Single Account (ESA) adalah sebuah sistem yang bertujuan untuk memonitoring absensi pegawai, gaji pegawai dan jaringan informasi hukum (JIM) di PT. BJTI. Penerapan ESA yang telah berjalan selama 4 tahun tidak lepas dari permasalah yang ada, seperti beberapa pegawai(operator alat) masih kesulitan dan belum mampu dengan baik dalam penggunaannya. Untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan sistem ini, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap ESA. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian ESA dengan kebutuhan pengguna (operator alat) dan manajemen di PT.BJTI.
Ada banyak model yang dikembangkan oleh para peneliti untuk mengukur penerimaan sistem informasi oleh pengguna, salah satunya adalah model Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3). Model TAM 3 pada penelitian ini akan dimodifikasi berdasarkan rujukan pada penelitian terdahulu. Untuk mendapatkan data, digunakan metode survey dengan kuesioner online google form kepada 325 operator alatdi PT. BJTI. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 188 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS 22.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ESA telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan operator alat dan manajemen di PT. BJTI. Hal ini dapat dilihat nilai estimasi sebesar 0.252, sehingga semakin tinggi behavioral intention maka user behaviour juga semakin tinggi. Dari 16 hipotesis yang diuji, terdapat 13 hipotesis yang diterima dan 3hiposesis ditolak. Adapunfaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranyabehavior intention, Perceived Usefulness, perceived ease of use, computer self efficacy, percetions of external control, computer anxiety, perceived enjoyment, obejctive usability, subjective norm, Image, job relevance, computer playfulness.
Setelah mengetahuifaktor-faktoryang berpengaruhpadapenerimaan ESA, Manajemen PT. BJTI dapat fokus memperbaiki pada faktor yang berpengaruh. Dengan begitu penggunaan ESA oleh operator alat dapat lebih maksimal kedepannya.

Employee Single Account or known as ESA is a system that aims in order to monitoring of employee absence report, employee salary and legal information network (JIM) in PT. BJTI. The application of this system which has been running for four years cannot be separated from the occurrences of problems, for instance some users (equipment operators) still face difficulties and have not been ableyet in using it properly. To optimize the application of this system, it is necessary to evaluate the system. The aim of conducting this study is to evaluate the suitability of the system to user (equipment operator) and management needs at PT. BJTI
There are many models developed by reasearchers to measure the acceptance of information systems by users, one of which is the Technolgy Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3).The TAM 3 model in this study will be modified based on the references in the previous study. To obtain data, a survey method was used with the google form online questionnaire to 325 tool operators at PT. BJTI. The number of samples used was 188 respondents. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 22 software.
The result stated that the system, ESA has already required by uquipment operator and management needs at PT. BJTI. It can be seen from estimate value 0.252, so that higher the behavioral intention, the higher user behavior.Of the 16 hypotheses tested, there were 12 accepted hypotheses and 4 hyposeses were rejected. As for the factors that influence thembehavior intention, Perceived Usefulness, perceived ease of use, computer self efficacy, percetions of external control, computer anxiety, perceived enjoyment, obejctive usability, subjective norm, Image, job relevance, computer playfulness.
After knowing the factors that influence the acceptance of ESA.
Management of PT. BJTI can focus on improving the influential factors. Thus the use of ESA by the tool operator can be maximized in the future.
