Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat sekarang ini, informasi sangat dibutuhkan oleh banyak perusahaan dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja. Salah satu cara agar perkembangan perangkat lunak dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, yaitu menggunakan teknik manajemen sistem informasi. PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (telkomsigma) yang bergerak dibidang jasa teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengimplementasikan aplikasi Project Management & Resource Delivery System (ProuDS) sebagai Project Monitoring, Traking & Timesheet. Tujuan dan manfaat dari ProuDS dikatakan berhasil jika dapat mendukung kinerja Project Management, dapat mengukur utilisasi karyawan serta memberikan Dashboard Reporting kepada Management sehingga bisa menjadi bahan untuk analisa. Namun pada kenyataannya implementasi teknologi informasi masih timbul kegagalan yang disebabkan bukan karena faktor teknis melainkan faktor dari sumber daya manusia itu sendiri.
Salah satu model evaluasi yang digunakan untuk mengukur penerimaan sebuah sistem informasi pada suatu organisasi atau institusi publik yaitu Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) 3. Analisis dan intrepretasi data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 74 responden dan disebarkan menggunakan layanan google form secara online.
Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner menemukan bahwa dari 17 hipotesis yang diuji, ada 8 hipotesis yang diterima dan 9 hipotesis ditolak. Faktor yang mempengaruhi Use Behavior diantaranya Behavior Intention, Perceived Usefulness, Subjective Norm, Image, Experience, dan Voluntariness. Untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan ProuDS dan kesadaran karyawan dalam mengisi timesheet, manajemen Telkomsigma perlu meningkatkan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan ProuDS dengan mengadakan training dan sosialisasi terhadap karyawannya.

Nowadays, technology development is very fast, information is needed by many companies in supporting performance improvements. One way for software development to run smoothly and well, is using information system management techniques. PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (telkomsigma) engaged in information and communication technology services has implemented the Project Management & Resource Delivery System (ProuDS) application as Project Monitoring, Traking & Timesheet. The objectives and benefits of the program are said to be successful if they can support the Project Management's performance, can measure employee utilization and provide Reporting Dashboards to Management so that they can be used as material for analysis. But in reality the implementation of information technology still arises failure caused not because of technical factors but rather factors of human resources themselves.
One evaluation model used to measure acceptance of an information system in an organization or public institution is Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) 3. Analysis and interpretation of data in this study are using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS applications. The number of samples used was 74 respondents and distributed using google form services online.
The results of the research obtained through the questionnaire found that from the 17 hypotheses tested, there were 8 accepted hypotheses and 9 rejected hypotheses. Factors that influence Use Behavior including: Behavior Intention, Perceived Usefulness, Subjective Norm, Image, Experience, and Voluntariness. To maximize the acceptance of ProuDS and the awareness of employees in filling out the timesheet, Telkomsigma management needs to increase the factors that influence the use of the application by conducting training and socialization to employees.
