Abstract

Penentuan Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dengan menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) adalah salah satu metode untuk mengukur kinerja sebuah organisasi yang harus bisa diterjemahkan menjadi KPI bagi individu maupun unit yang lebih kecil yang terlibat didalam aktivitas organisasi tersebut. Ukuran organisasi, kompleksitas proses bisnis dan tata kelola informasi yang ada akan mempengaruhi obyektifitas serta hasil penilaian kinerja individu dan tentunya sangat mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi tersebut. Kurangnya informasi tentang target dan pencapaian KPI adalah penyebab seseorang atau organisasi terlambat dalam melakukan tindakan yang diperlukan untuk memperbaikinya. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi perangkat bergerak dan Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) akan membantu setiap orang yang ada dalam organisasi untuk memperoleh informasi tentang target dan pencapaian KPI mereka sendiri secara real time yang tentunya sesuai dengan prinsip penilaian kinerja individu yang bersifat pribadi dan rahasia. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan merancancang EA yang mendukung pencapaian KPI menggunakan The Open Group Architecture FrameWork Architeture Development Method (TOGAF ADM). Penelitian ini berlangsung di Engineering Department PT. DEF yang merupakan salah satu pengelola pusat perbelanjaan terbesar di Indonesia. Berdasarkan wawancara awal dan tinjauan dokumen internal, Departemen Teknik membutuhkan EA yang dapat mendukung pencapaian KPI yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan arsitektur enterprise dengan menggunakan TOGAF ADM dapat menghasilkan model arsitektur enterprise (blueprint) yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan dalam pengadaan dan pengembangan IS/IT pada Engineering Department di PT. DEF dengan arsitektur bisnis menghasilkan rancangan 7 fungsi bisnis, pada arsitektur data menghasilkan 11 entitas data dan relasinya, arsitektur aplikasi menghasilkan 7 modul aplikasi dan arsitektur teknologi menghasilkan rancangan perangkat keras (Hardware) dan perangkat lunak (Software) baru.

The determination of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach is one method to measure the performance of an organization that must be translated into KPIs for individuals and smaller units involved in the organization's activities. The size of the organization, the complexity of business processes and the governance of existing information will affect the objectivity as well as the results of individual performance appraisals and certainly greatly affect the performance of the organization. Lack of information on KPI targets and achievements is the cause of a person or organization being late in taking the necessary action to correct it. Utilizing mobile device technology and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) concept will help everyone in the organization to obtain information about their own target and KPI achievements in real time that are certainly in accordance with the principle performance appraisal that are personal and confidential. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze and design Enterprise Architecture (EA) to support the achievement of KPI using The Open Group Architecture FrameWork Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM). This research took place at Engineering Department PT. DEF is one of the largest shopping center managers in Indonesia. Based on preliminary interviews and internal document review, the Department of Engineering requires an EA that can support the achievement of the established KPI. The results of this study indicate that enterprise architecture planning using TOGAF ADM can produce an enterprise architecture model (blueprint) that can be used as a guide in the procurement and development of IS / IT in the Engineering Department at PT. DEF with business architecture produces a design of 7 business functions, in the data architecture produces 11 data entities and their relationships, the application architecture produces 7 application modules and technology architectures to produce new hardware and software designs.
