Abstract
Lembaga Tahfidz Ashabul Quran merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan non formal pembelajaran Al Quran untuk anak-anak yang memiliki 85 santri dan mengadakan dua kali ujian dalam setahun. Untuk mengikuti ujian tersebut santri harus memenuhi empat parameter. Dengan banyaknya santri dan beberapa parameter yang ada membuat pengurus kesulitan menentukan santri yang dapat mengikuti ujian. Selain itu juga masih belum terpantaunya pelaksanaan hafalan di rumah dan masih terbatasnya komunikasi antara pengurus, pengajar, maupun wali santri hanya ketika wali santri mengantar atau menjemput santri saat kajian. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi dalam bentuk aplikasi android untuk memberi rekomendasi santri yang dapat mengikuti ujian, menjadi tool untuk membantu santri melaporkan pelaksanaan hafalan di rumah, dan menjadi jembatan komunikasi antara pengurus dan pengajar dengan wali santri.
Sistem tersebut berbasis aplikasi android karena lebih mudah dalam pengoperasiannya dan juga sifat mobile yang fleksibel. Dan untuk menentukan rekomendasi peserta ujian menggunakan metode rule based berdasarkan empat parameter yang ditentukan. Dari riset yang dilakukan dengan survei menggunakan kuesioner hasilnya adalah 67% responden merasa aplikasi membantu dalam mengelola lembaga tahfidz Ashabul Quran dan mempermudah menentukan santri yang layak ikut ujian dengan berbagai parameter yang ada, 83% responden merasa aplikasi ini membantu pengajar memantau pelaksanaan hafalan di rumah karena santri dapat mengirimkan rekaman hafalan di rumah dan 89% responden merasa aplikasi ini membantu Walisantri mengetahui perkembangan proses kajian santri di Masjid.

Ashabul Quran Institute of Tahfidz is institution of Al-Quran learning for children, which has 85 students and holds two examinations a year. To take the exams, the students must fulfill four parameters. With the large number of students (santri) and some of the existing parameters, the administrators had difficulties in determining students who are able to take the exams. In addition, there was still no monitoring of home memorization and limited communication between the administrators, the instructors, and the students’ parents, it only occurs when the parents pick up the students during the study. Therefore, an information system is needed in the form of an Android application to recommend the students who have met the criteria to take the exams, to help the students to report their memorization at home, and become a bridge of communication between the teachers and the students’ parents.
The system is based on an Android application since it is easier to operate and also has a flexible mobile nature. To determine the recommendations of examinees, the rule based method was used based on four parameters specified. From the research conducted with the survey using the results of questionnaire, it was found that 67% of respondents considered the application helped in managing the Ashabul Quran institutite of Tahfidz and made it easier to determine students who were fit to take the exams with various parameters, 83% of respondents believed that the application helped the teachers in monitoring the home, and 89% of respondents thought that this application helped the students’ parents in learning about the progress of the study process of the students at the mosque.
