Abstract

Lombok adalah salah satu pulau di Indonesia. Terkenal akan keindahan laut yang ditawarkan,Lombok menjadi salah ssatu pilihan favorit para wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Tiga gili tau tiga pulau kecil yang mereka miliki,memiliki daya Tarik untuk para wisatawan lokal maupun internasional. Sarana penyebrangan yang digunakan juga bervariatif,salah satunya kapal kayu. Namun melakukan penyebrangan antar pulau menggunakan kapal kayu bukanlah hal yang nyaman,serain kurangnya fasilitas yang disediakan,kapal yang tersedia juga belum diuji stabilitasnya. Kapal ponton dapat dijadikan sebagai opsi untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini. Harga yang murah, kapal yang stabil, ruang gerak yang luas menjadi aspek penting dalam pemilihan kapal untuk pesiar pribadi. Biaya produksi dan pengoprasian kapal ini tergolong murah, sayangnya belum ada perusahaan atau perorangan yang melakukan produksi kapal ini di Indonesia. Diharapkan nantinya penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam melakukan produksi kapal ponton di Indonesia. Agar menambah jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke objek wisata pantai di Indonesia. ===================================================================================================== Lombok is one of the famous islands in Indonesia.. They offered their sea as point of interest, Lombok is one of the favorite choices for tourists to visit. They have three Gili’s or known as three small island, most of local and international tourists come to this place to visit the islands. Reaching the island is not a big problem because they have so many choice of transportation that can be used , one of it which is wooden boats. However, crossing islands using wooden boats is not a comfortable thing, as there is a lack of facilities provided, the available vessels have not been tested for stability. Pontoon boats can be used as an option to solve this problem. Low prices, stable ships, wide space to move are important aspects of ship selection for private cruises. The cost of producing and operating this vessel is relatively cheap, unfortunately there are no companies or individuals that produce this ship in Indonesia. The writer’s hope that this research can become a reference in producing pontoon boats in Indonesia. In order to increase the number of tourists visiting coastal attractions in Indonesia.
