Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang mengedukasi masyarakatnya untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha. Tahun 2017 Indonesia mengalami peningkatan minat berwirausaha yang cukup signifikan yang dapat membantu perekonomian negara Indonesia. Dengan meningkatnya wirausaha dapat meningkatkan pembangunan bangunan di wilayah Indonesia dikarenakan setiap wirausaha akan memerlukan sebuah space untuk mereka bekerja dan berinovasi.
Wirausaha yang beragam memiliki kebutuhan space yang berbeda sehingga mereka membutuhkan space yang dapat fleksible mengikuti kegiatan mereka. Mewadahi wirausaha dalam satu bangunan untuk menampung berbagai wirausaha yang dapat mempertimbangkan ekologi lingkungan diharapkan dapat meminimalisir dampak negatif yang terjadi pada lingkungan dengan mempertimbangkan flesibilitas pada bangunan dan lingkungan sekitar.
Projek ini ditunjang dengan metode Adaptation dan Transformation pada teori flexibility of Architecture sebagai metode gubahan massa dan fleksibilitas ruang dan sikulasi.
Bangunan dapat merespon perubahan-perubahan kebutuhan ruang bagi wirausaha dan mentranfomasikan ruang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya dengan memberikan sirkulasi dan luasan ruang bangunan secara kubikal. Bangunan dapat secara fleksible membagi kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan oleh wirausaha dengan membuat bangunan dan bertransfomasi berkembang seiring zaman.

Indonesia is one of the countries that educates their people to become entrepreneurs. In 2017 Indonesia has increased interest in entrepreneurship which is quite significant and it is can help improve the economy of Indonesian. By increased their interest in entrepreneurship can increase building construction in the territory of Indonesia because every entrepreneur will need space for them to work and innovate.
Many different entrepreneurs who have a variety of different space needs so they need space that can be tailored to their needs. Encouraging entrepreneurs in one building to accommodate various entrepreneurs that can consider environmental ecology is expected to minimize the negative impacts that occur on the environment by considering the flexibility in the building and the surrounding environment.
This project is supported by the Adaptation and Transformation method on Architectural flexibility theory as a method of composing mass and flexibility of space and circulation.
The building can respond the change of space requirements for entrepreneurship and the space cloud transform the space according to their needs by providing circulation and building space with cubic. Buildings can be adapted to the needs needed by entrepreneurs by making buildings and transformation develop in accordance with the times.
