Abstract

Pulau Gili Labak adalah pulau berada dalam wilayah Pulau Madura, bertempat di Kab. Sumenep. Alat transportasi yang digunakan oleh masyarakat yang ingin berkunjung baik lokal maupun luar pulau pada umumnya adalah perahu pariwisata. Perahu yang digunakan masih memiliki kekurangan dari segi stabilitas maupun dari segi keselamatan, mengingat sering terjadinya kecelakaan kapal, maka dibutuhkan stabilitas dan keselamatan kapal yang sesuai dengan standart, hal ini menjadi konsen utama mengingat efek dari segi keselamatan maupun kenyamanan yang dirasakan oleh turis yang berkunjung ke pulau tersebut.
Dalam tugas akhir ini, dilakukan Analisa data Stabilitas dan Keselamatan terhadap Perahu Pariwisata yang di alami pada saat berlayar.
Hasil analisa dari tugas akhir ini ialah didapatkan data stabilitas kapal, guna memperoleh stabilitas dan keselamatan yang sesuai dengan standart bagi perahu pariwisata berdasarkan IMO dan SOLAS.

Gili Labak Island is an island located in the Madura Island region, located in Kab. Sumenep. The transportation tool used by people who want to visit both local and outside the island in general is a tourism boat. The boat used still has shortcomings in terms of stability as well as safety, given the frequent occurrence of ship accidents, it requires the stability and safety of the ship in accordance with standards, this is the main concern considering the effects in terms of safety and comfort felt by tourists visiting the island.
In this final project, data on Stability and Safety of Boat Tourism is analyzed which is experienced when sailing.
The results of the analysis of this final project is to obtain the stability of the ship data, in order to obtain stability and safety in accordance with standards for tourism boats based on IMO and SOLAS.
