Abstract
Dalam dunia kesehatan, istilah kanker sudah tidak asing lagi ditemui. Kanker menjadi salah satu jenis penyakit yang me-nyumbang angka kematian sekitar 9,6 juta kematian di seluruh du-nia pada tahun 2018. Kanker kolorektal merupakan penyebab kematian terbanyak ketiga pada wanita dan laki-laki. Dalam pene-litian ini akan dianalisis beberapa faktor yang diduga mempe-ngaruhi keberhasilan pengobatan kanker dengan langkah kemo-terapi yang berbasis 5-Fluorouracil. Ukuran keberhasilan pengo-batan pada penelitian ini dilihat dari jumlah neutrophil yang terdapat dalam white blood cells atau WBC dan juga kandungan WBC itu sendiri di dalam darah yang dikategorikan ke dalam kate-gori naik atau turun. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data hasil observasi pada 28 pasien kemoterapi kanker menggunakan 5-FU pada specialist of gastrointestinal surgery di Nippon Medical School. Dengan menggunakan model Regresi Probit Bivariat didapatkan model terbaik dengan variabel yang berpengaruh adalah variabel umur pasien, rata-rata jumlah lang-kah kaki pasien, dosis senyawa 5-FU 1, dan dosis senyawa 5-FU 2 yang diberikan. Hasil klasifikasi dari model yang didapatkan ha-nya dapat mengklasifikasikan 28,57% data dengan benar. Pemo-delan secara univariat dilakukan lebih lanjut menghasilkan aku-rasi klasifikasi pada model perubahan jumlah WBC sebesar 85,71% dan model perubahan jumlah neutrophil sebesar 75%.

Cancer is one type of diseases that contributes to the death rate of around 9.6 million deaths throughout the world in 2018. Colorectal cancer is the third leading cause of death in women and men. In this study, several factors that are suspected to influence the result of cancer treatment with chemotherapy based on 5-Fluorouracil will be analyzed. The measure of successful treatment in this studyis measured by the number of neutrophils contained in white blood cells or WBC as well as the WBC content itself in the blood which is categorized into up or down category. The data used in this study are observational data on 28 cancer chemotherapy patients using 5-FU in the specialist of gastrointestinal surgery at Nippon Medical School. By using the Bivariate Probit Regression model, the best model with some predictors variable was obtained, those variables are the patient's age, the average number of patient's foot steps, the dose of 5-FU 1 compound, and the 5-FU 2 compound dose given. The classification results of the models obtained can only classify 28.57% of the data correctly and this is thought to be due to the frequency imbalance in each category of data and caused by the number of samples used which can be said to be small samples. Univariate modeling was carried out further resulting in classification accuracy model of WBC by 85.71% and 75% accuracy for model of the number of neutrophils
