Abstract

Sumenep memiliki ratusan pulau dan kekayaan laut yang melimpah. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kapal patroli yang dapat digunakan untuk menghadapi perubahan ketinggian gelombang dan dapat meningkatkan radius pelayaran agar dapat melakukan pengawasan hingga ke pulau-pulau terluar yang berada di Kabupaten Sumenep.
Dari hasil desain kapal baru menggunakan bantuan software maxsurf didapatkan ukuran kapal dengan ukuran utama sebagai berikut: Loa : 19 m; Lwl: 17,942 m; B: 4,7 m; H: 2,4 m; T: 0,9 m; Cb: 0,474; Vs: 24 knot. Memiliki tahanan total senilai 40,8 kN dan total daya mesin sebesar 1116.2 Hp. Mesin yang digunakan yaitu mesin tempel merk Yamaha dengan daya 300 Hp berjumlah 4 buah.Untuk kebutuhan bahan bakar, dibutuhkan sekitar 6,258 ton, berat kebutuhan freshwater 0,2 ton, dan berat total seluruh ABK dan penumpang sebesar 2,3 ton. Dan didapatkan DWT sebesar 8.748 ton.

Sumenep has hundreds of islands and abundant marine wealth. Therefore, a
patrol boat is needed that can be used to deal with changes in wave height and can
increase the radius of the voyage to be able to carry out surveillance to the outer
islands in Sumenep Regency.
From the results of the design of the new vessel using the help of the Maxsurf
software, the size of the vessel with the main size is as follows: Loa: 19 m; Lwl:
17,942 m; B: 4.7 m; H: 2.4 m; T: 0.9 m; Cb: 0.474; Vs: 24 knots. Has a total
resistance of 40.8 kN and total engine power of 1116.2 hp. The engine used is a
Yamaha brand outboard engine with a power of 300 hp totaling 4 pieces. For fuel
needs, it takes around 6,258 tons, weighs freshwater needs 0.2 tons, and the total
weight of all crew and passengers is 2.3 tons. And obtained DWT of 8,748 tons.
