Abstract

Danau Toba yang terletak pada provinsi Sumatera Utara merupakan salah satu dari sepuluh kawasan yang diprioritaskan oleh pemerintah. Hal ini menyebabkan transportasi pada Danau Toba harus dibenahi. Penelitian ini menghitung alternatif dengan total jumlah delapan alternatif dengan berbagai moda transportasi yaitu darat, udara dan air. Delapan alternatif terbagi atas lima alternatif langsung dan tiga alternatif wisata keluarga. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukan dengan nilai modal investasi sebesar Rp5.228.509.156. Penelitian ini juga mendesain fasilitas pada pelabuhan berupa dermaga, terminal penumpang, antrian kendaraan sebelum naik ke kapal, perkantoran, coffe shop, mini market dan mushola yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan, kenyamanan dan kemudahan bagi pengguna jasa kepelabuhanan.

Lake Toba, which is located in the province of North Sumatra, is one of the ten regions prioritized by the government. This causes transportation in Lake Toba to be addressed. This study calculates alternatives with a total of eight alternatives with various modes of transportation namely land, air and water. Eight alternatives are divided into five direct alternatives and three family tourism alternatives. The results of the analysis of this study indicate the value of investment capital of Rp.5,228,509,156. This study also designed facilities at the port in the form of docks, passenger terminals, vehicle queues before boarding ships, offices, coffee shops, mini markets and prayer rooms which aimed to improve security, convenience and convenience for users of port services.
