Abstract
Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Konstruksi (SMK3) Konstruksi adalah bagian dari sistem manajemen organisasi pelaksanaan dalam pekerjaan konstruksi dan dalam rangka pengendalian risiko K3 pada setiap pekerjaan konstruksi. SMK3 Konstruksi meliputi : Kebijakan K3; Organisasi K3; Perencanaan K3; Pengendalian Operasional; Pemeriksaan dan Evaluasi Kinerja K3 dan Tinjauan Ulang Kinerja K3.
Dalam merencanakan SMK3 pada pekerjaan pembangunan terowongan pengelak proyek Waduk Bendo Ponorogo. Pada identifikasi bahaya, penilaian resiko dan pengendalian resiko yang merupakan penjabaran dari Perencanaan K3 penulis menggunakan variasi dengan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control). HIRARC merupakan proses mengidentifikasi bahaya yang dapat terjadi dalam aktivitas rutin maupun aktivitas tidak rutin pada suatu perusahaan, kemudian dilakukan penilaian risiko dari bahaya tersebut.
Diharapkan Tugas Akhir ini dapat membantu perusahaan jasa konstruksi di Indonesia lebih meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada pekerjaan terowongan pengelak Waduk Bendo Ponorogo dengan metode identifikasi bahaya dan penyebab bahaya yang lebih efisien. ===================================================================================================================================
Construction Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) Construction is a part of the organization's
management system in the construction work and in the context of K3 risk control in each construction work. Construction SMK3 includes: K3 Policy; K3 organization; K3 Planning; Operational Control; Examination and Evaluation of OHS Performance and Review of K3 Performance.
In planning SMK3 for the construction of the evacuation tunnel project for the Bendo Ponorogo Reservoir project. In hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control which is the elaboration of K3 Planning the author uses
variations with the HIRARC method (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control). HIRARC is a process of
identifying hazards that can occur in routine activities and nonroutine activities in a company, then a risk assessment of these hazards is carried out.
It is expected that this Final Project can help construction service companies in Indonesia to increase occupational health and safety awareness in the Bendo Ponorogo Reservoir tunnel work with a more efficient method of identifying hazards and causes of harm.
