Abstract
Peyempitan pembuluh darah merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit yang cukup berbahaya. Penyempitan (stenosis) dapat menyebabkan penyakit jantung yang dapat mematikan. Darah merupakan fluida yang mengalir melalui pembuluh darah berbentuk silindris. Persamaan Navier-Stokes digunakan sebagai persamaan aliran darah yang mengalir dalam arteri bercabang dengan adanya multi stenosis, dengan asumsi darah bersifat incompressible, unsteady dan dipandang sebagai fluida Newtonian. Persamaan Navier-Stokes diselesaikan secara numerik menggunakan Metode Beda Hingga dan Algoritma Semi Implicit Method for Pressure Linked. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi numerik ukuran stenosis berbanding lurus dengan besar kecepatan dan besar tekanan pada bagian arteri utama, berbanding terbalik dengan besar tekanan pada arteri percabangan, dan tidak berpengaruh pada besar kecepatan pada arteri percabangan.

Narrowing of blood vessels is one type of disease that is quite dangerous. Narrowing (stenosis) can cause heart disease that can be deadly. Blood is a fluid that flow through cylindrical blood vessels. The Navier-Stokes equation is used as an equation of the flow of blood flowing in a bifurcated artery in the presence of multi stenosis, assuming blood is incompressible, unsteady and seen as a Newtonian fluid. The Navier-Stokes equation is solved numerically using the Finite Difference Method and the Semi Implicit Method for Pressure Linked Algorithm. Based on the results of numerical simulation the size of stenosis is directly proportional to the magnitude of the velocity and the magnitude of the pressure on the mother artery, inversely proportional to the amount of pressure on the daughter artery, and has no effect on the velocity of the daughter artery.
