Abstract
Volume kendaraan yang meningkat akan berdampak pada bidang transportasi terutama pada jalan raya. Jalan Jarakan merupakan kawasan padat sehingga menyebabkan jalan tersebut bergelombang dan berlubang. Sehingga, dibutuhkan sarana dan prasarana transportasi yang baik untuk memberikan kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi pengendara.
Proyek perencanaan modifikasi ini meliputi analisis kapasitas jalan berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 036/T/BM/1997, pedoman survey pencatatan lalu lintas pada Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan Nomor 02/M/BM/2013, atau dengan cara Manual Pd/T.19-2004-B, kontrol geometrik jalan berdasarkan TPGJAK (Tata Cara Perencanaan Geomterik Jalan Antar Kota) No. 038/T/BM/1997, perencanaan tebal perkerasan kaku berdasarkan Tata Cara Perencanaan Perkerasan Jalan dengan Beton Semen SNI PD T-14-2003, analisis drainase berdasarkan Tata Cara Perencanaan Drainase Permukaan Jalan PU-SNI 03-3424-1994 dan SK SNI T-22-1991-03.
Dari hasil perhitungan pada desain ruas Jalan Jarakan Trenggalek direncanakan memiliki 2 jalur tak terbagi dengan lebar 7,5m serta nilai kapasitas sebesar 3234 smp/jam, dan pada akhir umur rencana (tahun 2037) derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,047. Perencanaan Jalan Jarakan Trenggalek menggunakan perkerasan kaku dengan umur rencana 20 tahun serta pondasi bawah menggunakan lean concrete setebal 7 cm dan tebal perkerasan beton sebesar 20 cm. Rencana anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk proyek ini sebesar Rp19.074.544.000,00.

The increasing volume of vehicles will have impacts on transportation, especially on the big roads. Jarakan Road is a congested area, making its body bumpy and hollow. For that matter, it is necessary to have good transportation facilities and infrastructure to ensure convenient and safe riding.
This modification planning project includes analysis of road capacity based on Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 036/T/BM/1997, traffic recording survey guide on Road Pavement Design Manual Number 02/M/BM/2013, or through Pd/T.19-2004-B Manual, road geometric control based on TPGJAK (Procedures for Planning Geometric Inter-City Roads) No. 038/T/BM/1997, planning rigid pavement thickness based on Procedures of Planning Road Pavement with Cement Concrete SNI PD T-14-2003, drainage analysis based on Procedures of Planning Road Surface Drainage PU-SNI 03-3424-1994 and SK SNI T-22-1991-03.
From the calculation results on the design of Jarakan Road section in Trenggalek, it is planned to have 2 undivided tracks at the width of 7.5m, capacity value of 3234 smp/hour, and at the end of design life (year of 2037), the degree of saturation is 0.047. Planning of Jarakan Road in Trenggalek uses rigid pavement with 20 years of design life and 7 cm of lean concrete for the subbase, while the concrete pavement thickness is 20 cm. The planned budget for this project is Rp19,074,544,000.00.
