Abstract
PT. X adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan jasa event organizer khusus untuk support promosi, event organizer, digital printing, production, exhibiton berdiri sejak tahun 2008. Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya, perusahaan ini memiliki beberapa permasalahan yaitu penerapan SI/TI saat ini belum selaras dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan dan hanya menjalan tugas masing-masing setiap unit, perusahaan ini belum melakukan pengelompokan dan belum menentukan skala prioritas pada SI/TI yang akan diterapkan. Untuk itu perusahaan memutuhkan perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang tepat agar agar dapat mendukung strategi bisnisnya secara keseluruhan.
Bentuk solusi dari permasalahan diatas mengharuskan PT.X mempunyai perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang tepat dan selarasa dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan. Perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang diusulkan terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu : pemahaman kondisi saat ini dengan melakukan analisa lingkungan eksternal dan internal bisnis disertai analisa lingkungan eksternal dan internal SI/TI dan dilanjutkan analisa SWOT. Tahap selanjutnya, interpretasi kebutuhan mendatang dialkukan analisa menggunakan value chain analysis dan critical success factor. Tahap selajutnya, formulasi strategi dan kemudian menentukan portofolio aplikasi mendatang.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis saat ini, diperoleh matriks SWOT yang terletak pada kordinat (1.61 , 2.05),artinya fokus dari strategi yang diusulkan adalah strategi SO (strengtht-opportunities). Analisis strategi SI menghasilkan rekomendasi pembaharuan untuk satu aplikasi dan empat aplikasi baru menunjang strategi bisnis perusahaan. Analisis strategi TI menghasilkan rekomendasi penggunaan colacation server, penambahan web server, penambahan sistem keamanan jaringan, cloud computing. Analisis strategi manajemen SI/TI menghasilkan rekomendasi mengenai master plan TI dan penyedia TI yang selaras dengan kebutuhan. Penentuan Prioritas Portofolio Aplikasi Mendatang menggunakan perhitungan AHP didapat aplikasi event package organizer mendapatkan bobot 0.44 sehingga menjadi skala prioritas kesatu yang direkomendasikan untuk bisa diterapkan dalam perusahaan dengan melihat keterbatasan budget dan SDM yang dimiliki.

The company has main and supporting activities in achieving the company's vision and mission. In carrying out its business processes, this company has several problems, namely the current IS / IT implementation has not been aligned with the company's business strategy and only runs each task of each unit. . For this reason, the company needs the right IS / IT strategic planning so that it can support its overall business strategy.
The form of the solution to the above problems requires PT.X to have the right IS / IT strategic planning and alignment with the company's business strategy. The proposed IS / IT strategic planning consists of 3 stages: understanding the current conditions by carrying out external and internal business analysis with external and internal IS / IT environmental analysis and continued SWOT analysis. The next stage, the interpretation of future needs is analyzed using value chain analysis and critical success factors. The next step is formulation of the strategy and then determining the future application portfolio.
Based on the results of the current analysis, a SWOT matrix is located in the coordinates (1.61, 2.05), meaning that the focus of the proposed strategy is the SO (strengths opportunities) strategy. Analysis of the SI strategy produces recommendations for renewal for one application and four new applications support the company's business strategy. IT strategy analysis produces recommendations for the use of colacation servers, the addition of web servers, the addition of network security systems, cloud computing. The IS / IT management strategy analysis produces recommendations regarding IT master plans and IT providers that are in line with needs. Determining Priority of Application Portfolio Upcoming using AHP calculation, the event package organizer application gets the weight of 0.44 so that it becomes the first priority scale that is recommended to be applied in the company by looking at the limitations of the budget and HR owned.
